I’ve had 2 litter lenses for a few months now. For the past two months I had the subscription and everything was relatively fine. But ever since I didn’t renew, it can no longer tell my two kittens apart. Is there any way to increase the sensitivity of detection or something? Seems wild that I need to keep the subscription active to get a basic feature to work properly.
My lens shows offline for 2 days now but detects properly my cats and takes video / screenshot of them. I cannot also find a way to open a ticket with the company to solve. I know @siipet is active here so can I please have some help. To make things worse I am on holiday and I can only have feedback from my house sitter but no actual help.
I’d love to be able to see what updates are rolling out and what is planned for future implementations for my Pawtrack.
Is there a link to a public roadmap or changelog that I’m missing?
Honey MooMoo is a (former) feral momma I brought in a few months ago. She is still navigating how to be an indoor cat without her bonded mate who passed recently.
Today she ventured out of her room on her own and investigated another litter box in my bedroom! I had no idea she explored today and was so thrilled when I saw this video tonight! I am so proud of her and I have a feeling she’ll be popping in on all of the litter lenses in the house soon🖤
