Does anybody here know anything about the SDM of soreng Prem Subba any past misconduct , any records, abuse and misuse of power and authority, prejudiced behaviour , deliberate withholding/ obstruction of work , trying to humiliate the people who come to his office for issuance of certificate? If there has been any such instance in the past please do comment and let it be known

I’m coming to Sikkim for an internship and I’ve never been there before.
I’ll be landing at Bagdogra Airport and need to get to Gangtok. What’s the easiest way to do that?
Are shared cabs easy to find after landing and roughly how much do they cost these days? Would you recommend booking a cab in advance or can I just sort it out once I reach the airport?
I’ll most likely be travelling solo so I’d also appreciate any tips for a first time visitor. At this point I’m relying on Google Maps blind optimism and the kindness of strangers so any advice would be a huge help.
