lost episode? help😭

Hi! I've been looking for a Simpsons scene/illustration for ages, and I've been searching it for so long I'm going crazy.
I remember the drawing showing Homer hanging up "wanted" posters with Snowball's picture while the cat was squashed against Homer's back. Does this scene belong in a specific episode or is it just an illustration?
