I’d like to ask you to forgive me in advance for this long post, but I humbly believe that many people might relate to what I have to say, and considering the serious topic and the things I’m saying and what I’m looking for, is important to tell more about myself and trying to explain. Let me introduce myself: I’m a 25 years old straight man from Italy and, as the title says, I’m looking for a true and beautiful friendship and romantic relationship, because for me a partner is also your best friend, am I right? 😁

Due to various circumstances and probably because I’m growing up, i noticed is not easy to create a deeper connection with a person, romantically or friendly speaking. Lot of superficial people with whom you can’t have deeper or more serious conversations, nor share many passions, because they’re trapped in their own “worlds” of hypocrisy, falsehood, and interests that no longer align. I mean, is “easy” to find people that just want to have fun but… I don’t know, maybe I’m from another century hahaha but I kinda feel out of place. For me is not just fun and something quick, i believe we need to return to true and authentic connections rather than just sexual fun and materialistic views. Life is much more than that!

Unfortunately is not easy to find people who thinks the same, but i know there are a lot out there! Also, I noticed that when it comes to pursue a romantic interest, I longe for international women, I find them more interesting and more open minded and sensible, maybe is just me hahaha but I like the international aspect, discovering new cultures, different views on life, so many things to learn and to experience! I’ve always been kinda an old soul/old style for romantic connections, never been a fan of dating apps, I tried to use them but I don’t know… I guess I’m not fond of that. As for myself, I have many hobbies and passions: I’m currently finishing my law degree at university, and I consider myself a very open minded and sincere person. I’m quite ironic (and self deprecating), and I enjoy engaging with others and learning from them. I’m a good listener and I love conversation.

Although it’s not easy to write in a message, I’ll list a few interests: I love culture in general, such as history, art, and museums… I enjoy reading and writing . I consider myself an “old soul” by today’s standards; I’m the kind of person who loves taking long walks, talking openly about everything, and having deep conversations, whether about fun things or more philosophical and serious topics. I’m interested in politics, I appreciate movies, good music, and anime... I enjoy physical activity. I recently started going to the gym, I find outdoor activities and embarking on new adventures wonderful, as well as long walks, exploring nature, traveling, eating, and cooking... And I love animals, I also have a dog! I never judge, I love both lighthearted and deep conversations, we can talk about anything and I consider myself a very empathetic and kind person. I’m an old-school gentleman when it comes to love, I truly believe a woman should never have to question where she stands with the man who truly loves her. I’ve always felt a little out of place when it comes to dating.

A lot of modern dating just doesn’t feel like me. The mixed signals, shallow small talk, and pressure to be flirty right away all feel kind of empty. I’m much more drawn to honesty, depth, and people who feel real.

Hi everyone. I’m Jaz. I’m from Central Florida. TBH, I’ve been into nerds, my whole life (since I’ve been into dating). If you’re from the area you probably already know how hard it is to find nerds here. First, I must start off with this: I’m fat. Yes I could lose weight, and I have before, but sometimes I gain. My weight fluctuates a lot because of a medical condition that affects my hormones. Here are other things about my appearance: I’m 5”6’, I wear platform shoes, my glasses always make a statement, I overdress everywhere, I love accessories, and my eyes are grey. Now you may be wondering what’s nerdy about me. I’m really into video games, board games and anime. I like to play rhythm games and friend slop games. I play mostly PC but I also have a switch. I also like going to the arcade to play rhythm games. I really love Taiko no Tatsujin. When it comes to board games, my favorite game is Zombicide. Unfortunately I do have to find a new place to play board games though. Lastly, my top three favorite anime are Spy x Family Beastars, and jujutsu Kaisen (my fav character is Geto). I also sometimes write fanfic for certain anime I like. Oh and I also cook!

My biggest hobby is collecting stuffies. I primarily collect Build A Bears. Why stuffies? iykyk. Ask me about it!

Now here are some things I look for in a guy. First, let’s talk about appearance. Mutual attraction is very important to me. I wouldn’t want a guy to date me if he didn’t find me attractive, so I wouldn’t do the same. I tend to like guys that are taller than me and are thin. I just really like size differences. Hiiiya im Leon! My evenings and gaming have been feeling a little lonely lately... Looking for another introverted nerd to change that! I recently moved into my own place while finishing with my apprenticeship and all of my exams. Movies and Shows? Also hell yea! Star Wars or The Office are always a good pick for a rewatch. Next to that I also enjoy niche Shows. My two most recent obsessions are Murder Drones and Smiling Friends. Im generally pretty open about discovering new things to watch together. Movie nights and cuddling is one of the best combinations on earth! (you never know how far things go >.>)

Most recently I got into video editing. Just having a handful of pictures of your vacation rotting in the back of your gallery seems a little wasteful. Why not preserve them with more effort? The Joy of seeing a project and a lot of effort coming together keeps memories for longer and as a better package for sharing or watching years down the line.
