Hi everyone. I charge my Elroq at home and we have a cheaper tarrif if charging at night. I set up a schedule using the app and thought that it only started charging during the night hours even if plugged in earlier in the day, in fairness I don't often plug it in during the day, I usually do it after band rehearsal at around 9.30 at night.

Tomorrow I'm going on a long road trip so I changed my charge setting to 100%, but didn't change anything else. I plugged it in this afternoon only to notice some hours later that it charged to 80% on immediate charging. So not only did the 100% charge command not take, but it switched to immediate charging, so charged during the day when more expensive (I tested this earlier in the week and it worked then, but I plugged it in later in the evening.) I set it to 100% again and switched it to the schedule, but it kept immediate charging.

What am I doing wrong please?

I see some are already have got the MY27.

How is it? How's the Android infotainment system?

I ordered the Edition 60 MAXX+ winter package at the end of April, and my expected delivery is the end of July. UK

Sto confrontando una Kia EV3 con la Elroq e ho avuto possibilità di usarle entrambe due giorni in Italia, in zona montana. Per diversi aspetti preferisco la Elroq ma sulla frenata rigenerativa in discesa la EV3 ha vinto. Su strade ripide, in discesa e guidando con l'i-pedal, si riesce a non dover mai frenare e la guida risulta davvero divertente e comoda. Con la Elroq non è così nè in B nè in D con ACC o travel assist. Sarà diverso con one-pedal? La differenza dipende dalla potenza di rigenerazione o dal riconoscimento stradale come curve o icroci? Vi ringrazio.

I am thinking about getting a new Elroq with a perhaps unusual configuration (we are based in the UK).

We quite like the park assist and all the other assist and sensor options that come with the Maxx package.

Unfortunately, the Maxx package is only available on the Advanced line.

If we want to keep the 1500 UK government grant, my understanding is that our only way to stay under the 42000 GBP limit is to go for the 60 KW battery size.

According to the dealer, that's a bit of an unusual combination. Apparently people that go for the Maxx package also get the larger battery.

We currently don't have a car and our plan is to use it for school runs and the occasional weekend trip so the smaller battery should be fine.

I am mainly worried about resale value or any other potential downsides of our slightly unusual choice.

Would be very grateful for any views and opinions.

I test drove only the sportline with no dcc.Can't test the VRS there isn't any in my country to test or see .VRS comes with dcc frunk matrix free charger free color and transport package(230v in trunk) included with full VAT 20% discount. 85 Sportline comes with 9% discount no matrix no dcc no charger no color for almost the same price .New model VRS 2027 comes with smaller battery than 2026 and less range than 85.Can someone tell me how's the comfort and the range in the VRS on 20 inch wheels with dcc Thank you

My old car had a 12v socket near the infotainment system that I could easily plug my cash cam into. The Elroq 12v socket is in the boot. Any advice on what dash cam to get and is it best to get it wired in?

Hi, we have our new Elroq for two weeks now. This week the weather has been extremely hot. I noticed that (because of the heat?) some assists are in error when starting the car. After driving for some time it resolves. Anything that should be looked at or is this common behaviour?

Mostly it's the sign recognition that starts in error but resolves itself in a couple of hundred meters. This afternoon nearly all assists were in error: front assist, lane assist, sign recognition and two whose name I didn't remember. I did notice that the inside cover of the windshield camera was extremely hot, which makes sense as the car was in the direct sunlight in approx 37 degrees celcius.

I have searching Reddit and internet about leaving the car unattended for a month, but I still want to ask this question just in case.

I got my Elrog since October, it’s been great, I love the car. But I’m travelling out of the country next month for a month, from what I read, as long as I keep the battery under 80%, and don’t use the app to check the car, it should be fine? The 12v battery will not completed drained.

Is my above statement correct?

I am thinking of getting a VIOFO A229 Plus 2K + 2K for my Skoda Elroq. The one area I’m unclear on is how to power the dashcam, as the Skoda only has a 12v socket in the boot, not in the dash. Can I simply use the USB C sockets, and if so do I need any additional cables i.e. does the dashcam include a USB cable or will I need to find one online? If the latter, what is the power out connector on the dashcam itself, USB or something unique to Viofo?

I pressure washed the car by myself for the first time since I bought it and I washed like I wash a petrol car. Now the sound system making muffled noises and not working properly.

Does anybody encountered this issue before?

I know I can turn off completely skoda’s speed camera messages, but I wish I could turn off the popups leaving the audio notifications. Anyone has a clue how to?

Don't know if that is common knowledge but:

With software 5.6 the trunk will beep before the trunk lid will close if you kicked under the car and do not take a step back. But if you accidently triggered the beeping you can cancel it if you kick one more time under the car. One very annoying thing just got less annoying for me.
