Recién compre un skyrover x1 y no loe podido volar el control no se puede comunicar con mi teléfono intente con otro teléfono y tampoco lo logre a alguien le a ocurrido esto que me recomiendan hacer

I am considering buying the X1. Seems like their website has the best deal on one. This will be my first drone.

OK. I am a newbie to the Skyrover X1 and the DJI Universe. I have been flying non-DJI drones only do to the Hard Geofencing it has. So, I am still learning the X1.
The User Manual is really pretty useless for finding any information but as I am getting ready for my first flight, I get the message on the app saying that the device is muted.
So, where the heck are the audio settings?
I have gone through the Settings Menu and there is nothing.
