Favorite lost slowcore bands?

Looking for people’s all time fave slowcore bands that have been defunct for years and mostly flew under the radar during their time.

Pinesheets was a band from Troy, NY. Affiliated acts were No Friends, Stalker2006, and probably some others. Back in 2016/2017 I could not get enough. Never got to see them live (I lived far away) and most of their music’s been pulled from the internet.

Any other lost GOATs out there?

dllfces - I Don’t Wanna Go Home (Yet) [Indie / Lo-fi]

Stumbled upon this raw demo recently and decided to upload it to YouTube to help get it more exposure. It’s "I Don’t Wanna Go Home (Yet)" by dllfces, definitely deserves more reach.

Sophie's Body - Indigo - Official Music Video

really cool song by a newer Boston band. They have a Grunegaze adjacent sound, Gazey Alt vibes. This song reminds me a bit of Drop 19's but much much slower, then broken up by heavy Tagabow-like Noisy parts. I'm always excited when there's newer bands in bigger East Coast cities that don't always have a lot of good bands going at the same time- Boston, DC, Atlanta etc.

Video is super-Gazey too.

I'm sharing my 44th album (Duster, Elliott Smith...?) — in Spanish, I want your opinions!

I've been keeping what is basically an audio diary for over 20 years, recording lo-fi albums entirely on my own. I write, play, record and produce everything myself, mostly exploring slowcore-inspired songs.

Suena suficiente is the latest album. I'd like to think it lives somewhere between Duster, Elliott Smith, and Blonde Redhead.

I'd really love to hear your thoughts if you give it a listen!
