I am an aspiring video editor looking to partner with a content creator. My main goal right now is to build my portfolio, gain real-world experience, and grow alongside a creator to enhance my skills.

Looking to Expand our group!

Finding a solid group to record with is honestly a nightmare. Most groups are just people screaming over each other or dropping links and disappearing from the discord server. We’re trying to build an actual crew that clicks. In our group there's mainly myself and someone else from the UK and pretty much everyone else is from America. We are looking to expand so we aren't struggling to get numbers for either a new game or just something that requires more than 4 players

We’re a pretty active group focused on Horror, Indie games, and "Friendslop". We’ve been at it for nearly an year and even had Nogla and Terroriser react to one of our clips recently, so we’re definitely looking to keep things going

What we’re looking for:

- PC Gamers

- Adults only (18+): Just makes things easier

- The "Vibe": We have a darker sense of humor. Just people who can take a joke and give it back without things getting offended

- Actually talk to us: We want people who want to be part of the server. If you're just here to spam your channel and never show up for recordings, we aren't the group for you.

- Don’t be a mic-hog: talking is great, but we want someone who knows how to bounce off a group, not just shout over everyone else.

- Creative input: We love people who actually suggest games or come up with dumb ideas/skits for videos instead of just waiting to be told what to do.

It’s a plus if you already have a small audience/community going, but honestly, if you’re funny and your content is decent, that’s what matters most not the subs

I have been editing for about 2 years now. Comedy videos, travel vlogs, automotive content, interviews... worked with channels anywhere from 22K subscribers all the way up to 2 million. And honestly, I learned just as much from those creators as they got from me.

There is a lot of stuff nobody really talks about when it comes to editing. The small things that make a video feel tight instead of just... done. Pacing, sound design, knowing when to cut and when to hold. Took me way too long to figure some of it out on my own.

I am in the entertainment (outdoor powersports) niche, just like the title says I am struggling to get my CTR above 5%, the average of my videos is 3-5. I've tried thumbnails and titles similar to what the popular accounts are using but it doesn't seem to have the same effect when you're a small guy. Has anyone had any success trying different ideas to increase their CTR? Any feedback or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been posting on YouTube for a while and I’m starting to realize that just uploading consistently isn’t enough. Some videos take hours to make and still barely get any views, while other channels seem to get traction much faster.

I’m trying to figure out what actually matters most now. Is it the title, thumbnail, topic choice, watch time, posting schedule, Shorts, or just getting lucky with the algorithm?

For people who have grown a YouTube channel from scratch, what made the biggest difference for getting more views? Any tips that actually worked instead of the usual “just make good content” advice?

got 0 views. For context I posted my first short 2 days ago, and it did

really bad 350 views, I looked at what I could change, and in the

second video I fixed those things, but now my new short got 0 views,

so I can't get any feedback. Can you tell me why I'm getting 0 views

and what are the fixes, if there are any?

Hello! Im 19-years old and I have been running a shorts youtube channel (Meme niche) since the late 2024. I started going viral few months back, got to 135k subs as of now, but didint monetize the channel yet.

So, I uploaded 2 weeks ago my first vid and it got 1k views which is a big achievement for me(just cheerful man) but my worries is that the next videos didn't even reach 50 views. Is it normal? Or there's something I need to know?
