Why Aren’t My Shorts Reaching The Feed?

Hi! I am newer to consistently posting on YouTube and I am having a lot of difficulties with the Shorts Algorithm. I usually post 2x a day (one short in the morning and one at night) to coincide with my Tiktok upload rate. Every single one of my shorts is flopping right now though and it’s incredibly demoralizing. I’ve been pushing forward and continuing to post but every short gets views only through my playlists and channel page. I’m not sure why they aren’t going into the Shorts feed itself. I’ve had videos get really good views being in the Shorts Feed and I haven’t changed anything about how I upload and tag my content. Would it be better to stop posting on Shorts altogether and continue to post compilations for long-form videos?

My Youtube Retention is below the typical

Hello Everyone!

What usually is this means? I heard people says that if you have bad youtube retention, youtube discourages your channel to be shown on YT feeds or something.

How does this things work? because i really don't know lol
