Anybody know what this is about? Interacting with the flowerpot to the the right on the Merchant ship brings up this prompt. Just curious if anyone had any info on it. Hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere else and couldn't find any other info.
Does anyone else get thunder storms like every 5 mins or is my game just broken, getting really annoying
Finally started playing around with batteries. Wanted to do a little test run with my unused generators. I think I'm going to go full scale substation in the coming days.
Here’s the temple (storage room), double green houses (automated crops) and we also have a small 3x3 starter house for beds
Now trying to decide how to build a cool looking generator station for a power grid. But wanting it to be visually pleasing and that’s difficult with the distance for placing turbines and windmills.
Also want a furnace array house. Maybe even a cool air styled dock/port. And a barn for animals. But trying to avoid the same style builds. Oh and we need a legit house for food.
Any good builds out there I can pull ideas from?
It’s not finished yet but I wanted to share. I’m using foundations for pathing after an hour of trying to line up the bushes myself and getting frustrated.
I have not checked if they can double stack, but I think I like it at this height. And I’m running out of leaves anyway😭 I wish natural bushes respawned
Hoping that I am okay posting this here but I made a reddit post showing my build for this last week and wanted to share this as I've not seen anything posted in this area!
I've got a method for creating circular foundations that can be used for houses, farms, and larger build projects. The technique is can be scaled up for bigger circles, but some rotations make create some overlap.

It seems as if random grow boxes are bugging and not growing. In the picture, all of these cottons were planted at the same time.
All of these grow boxes were working perfectly fine for days and days and all of the sudden, they aren’t producing anything.
I’ve fully deleted and re-built all of the boxes. You can see that the sprinklers are also getting the soil wet because it’s the same darkness as the grown planties.
Anyone else having this occur? I will be reporting the bug to the devs.
I'd love to be able to read the in-game Survival Guide, outside of the game - but have yet to find a copy of it anywhere online.
Is it available anywhere - and if so, may a link be shared here please?

Everything was normal and all neat and tidy; I went to sleep. I came out to see if my crops were harvestable, which they were, but all my plots went funny. I was still able to plant on them and harvest, but I did remove them.
Edit:
After about 15 failed attempts, I was finally able to get it to work by hitting the deep pad. I don't know it just seems really finicky. Hopefully they get this figured out for PS five users.
Is anybody else having issues with the alternatives but not wanting to switch on certain things I'm trying to switch the sign and it absolutely will not let me
Hello, I’m currently playing on a multiplayer server and I’m having an issue. I don’t have the recipe/unlock for making bread even though I have wheat. I also don’t have the unlocks for things like the solar panel. However, our airship is at the correct level. Does anyone know what could be causing this ?
If so, let me see your setup. I thought mine was working but turns out the bottom level dried out. What do you set your sprinkler on top of?
I’m in a chicken and the egg issue, I need an algae to upgrade to tier 5 but can’t find one. I read pig farms but need 20 truffles to upgrade my air craft to get to Southeast island where I read you get algae. Any ideas where to get algae if I can’t get 20 truffles to get to Y shaped island after I upgrade to tier 5? Thanks!

It's been a lot of fun building my base :D I showed this game to my sweet 70 year old mom and she was immediately hooked and she's playing too on her own lol it's great!
I just started the game and I’ve already been playing for 2 hours, but the food system is so bad I only have 3 berry seeds and they barely fill my hunger, and they only grow after I die which is so annoying omg. I also haven’t opened the animal pack yet. Any ideas?
