Im sorry girlies! Currently it’s been taken down from Sephora’s shelves but available online. Very common phasing out a product they’re planning to discontinue. I’ve seen a post or two about it being discontinued but can’t find it. Look it up on TikTok, some creators posted about it.

It’s been upsetting to see products be phased out & suddenly you no longer see them & than you ask where is a specific product is? You get “it’s been discontinued, sorry”. 🥲

So I’m sharing this just incase you’d like to get yourself a backup before it’s gone online too.🤎🍿

EDIT: replying to some of the comments once & for all. I’m talking from experience, I’m 33 & have been into perfumes at least a decade now.

“Ulta exclusive”: It does not make any sense to make it ulta exclusive because the rest of the world does not have ultra. If it’s ulta exclusive than there will be a contract for them not to sell it somewhere else (other than SDJ website which we don’t have either).

Outside of the US we don’t have ulta, and like some mentioned it’s a cult fave, but being a cult fave doesn’t mean it’s immune to being discontinued. This literally happens all the time, again I’m speaking from experience.

The “shelves” argument doesn’t make sense either. They have always stocked it on shelves & even if the shelves are out of space, it is easy to buy/ provide more space like all beauty counters when needed.

Being phased out or discontinued, doesn’t mean it vanishes in one night, this is a multi phase process. There are stock available. But unfortunately brands do this & last phase “sorry it’s sold out” created panic last moment purchase, which is upsetting. Even when they’re in fact discontinuing it, they don’t tell you until the end. Happened to me multiple times!

This last point is the reason I shared it. A large creator who work with the brand also talked about it being discontinued because while many love it, many hate it too.

Do with this information as you wish. Maybe I shouldn’t say anything about a product selling out & leave everyone finding out on their own last minute. Noted!

I’ve been a big fan of SDJ for years but lately I’m getting so fed up. Constant limited edition releases, poor quality and longevity, exclusivity to certain stores and websites which means I (as a European) am not able to purchase.

Am I the only one who’s getting a bit fed up?

I have no idea what possessed SDJ to make these scents because they're not good as men's cologne sprays and they're not good as sprays in general. They smell absolutely awful. I love all the sprays that SDJ has made for women but Cheiroso 7 and Cheiroso 10 smell like actual trash. I went to Sephora for the first time in months today and decided to test them out and see what they were like and I physically recoiled when I smelled them. BOTH of them. I even tried to give them several chances and gave myself a break and went back. ONE OF THEM SMELLS LIKE BEANS. Why? Just why? How could a company that has such great scents release something so absolutely dog shit? 🤢 I was so severely disappeared by these products.

i bought the delcia drench jet set a year ago ive used it a lot n it smelled sooo good to me like yogurt(IN A GOOD WAY) creamy vanilla and today i opened the body butter and now it smells like play dough!! idk if my nose changed or what because i still love the 59 spray and ive been storing both of them the same way #confusing

does anyone know about a literal clone of the cheriosa 62 mist but in a eau de parfum? this is my favorite scent in the world it’s perfect but it’s too alcoholy and doesn’t last as long as an actual perfume. i love the pistachio and salted caramel notes, and the beachy scent sdj has. help!!

I was going through my stuff today and found my Bom Dia Bright Cream tucked away with a bunch of other things I hadn’t looked at in a while. Obviously, I opened it thinking summer would be a good time to start using it again, but as soon as I smelled it I noticed it had that weird old lotion smell that products get when they’ve been sitting around for a long time.

I went through my emails to find the order confirmation and realized I bought it three years ago???? I didn’t even consciously decide to save it or use it sparingly, at least not for this long, and I wasn’t keeping it for some special occasion either. At some point it just ended up somewhere I didn’t see very often and once it was out of sight, I basically forgot I owned it. Three years passed without me even realizing how long I’d had it and now I’m throwing away something I bought because I wanted to use and enjoy it in the first place.

So I guess this is just a reminder to actually use your stuff! It’s really easy for me to keep reaching for the same few products and put off using newer stuff, but the money’s already gone and keeping something untouched doesn’t somehow preserve its value, especially when so many of these things eventually expire or go bad anyway. I’d much rather finish something and feel like I got my money’s worth than find it years later and realize I barely got to enjoy it at all!
