Spent my birthday solo

Hii! It’s my first time spending/celebrating my birthday alone after spending the past 7 birthdays with someone. 🥹

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. But okay lang pala. Masaya pa rin pala hahaha. 🥹 It’s actually peaceful.

You can do whatever you want, whenever you want. Eat wherever you want, go wherever you want, change your plans whenever you want, and just enjoy your own company.

I thought being alone would feel really sad, but surprisingly, it doesn’t. It’s different, definitely. But I’m happy that I still found little moments to enjoy my birthday.

Hope you’re happy for me, wherever you are. 🤍 I miss you, bb. 🥹

It was my bday yesterdayyy. 🎂🤍
Wala lang, share ko lang hahaha :)

EDIT:
Restaurant: Finestra, Solaire QC.
(the resto’s fullybooked and walk in lang ako kasi biglaan lang :) sooo sa bar counter po yung table na nakuha ko)

Birthday solo

Hi! It was my first time celebrating my birthday solo and in another country, and it was such an unforgettable experience. I had a picnic, wandered around Tokyo, went cafe hopping, and even went out for drinks alone. I met some strangers while I was out drinking and then I realized how beautiful it is to connect with strangers who are simply enjoying life and traveling too. It was such a liberating experience. Kayo ba have you celebrated your birthday solo or somewhere far from home? Id love to hear about it! ☺️

Took myself out on a date kahit maulan

I've been wanting to treat myself kaya kahit maulan, I just went out, watched The Odyssey in IMAX, and had a meal :)

Im sad, so i bought a whole cake

Retail therapy i guess. Bought a whole cake just for me. Akala ko di ko mauubos pero overnight pa lang half na ung nabawas ko di ko napansin lol

Edit: bakit sad? Di ko din alam eh haha been thinking of my life lately. Na para bang hanggang dito na lang ba talaga ko? Bakit parang di ako nag grogrow as a person? Basta about life lately.

Tara let's eat! Meron pa hahaha 😆

I was planning on spending my birthday alone...

....But I'm pleasantly surprised that my friends (3 different groups) visited me at work to surprise me... 🥺🥹

Salamat Lord. For blessing me another year, for blessing me with thoughtful friends, loving family, and a sweet fiance.

I was supposed to celebrate solo today but God had other plans for me.🙏🥺🥹

Solo travel tip: Worth it yung upgrade to Victory Liner First Class (vs Express)

If you’re traveling solo to Baguio and choosing between Victory Liner Express and First Class, I’d recommend First Class, especially if comfort and personal space matter to you.
For price reference:
Express: ₱666
First Class: ₱1,055
Difference: ₱389
For me, sulit na yung additional ₱389. You get a solo seat, more spacious and comfortable yung ride, and walang seatmate, which is perfect if you prefer traveling alone.
May CR onboard din, and the complimentary water and snacks are back.
For a long trip to Baguio, I’d happily pay the extra ₱389 for the added comfort and privacy. Especially as a solo traveler, ang peaceful lang ng solo seat.

solo matcha date

I went out to get tested for HIV today, only to find out the testing center was closed. I completely forgot that today is Quezon City Day!

So instead of going home disappointed, I decided to take myself on a little solo date.

I went to Starbucks nearby, got myself a matcha latte and a bacon flatbread, and just enjoyed my own company. 🍵🥓
