Nexus S1 locked overclocking

Guys please go to the issues on this repo https://github.com/BitLuckFW/ESP-Miner-Nexus and request the overclocking limits to be removed. The firmware rejects anything over 450mhz and 1050mv. The creator thinks we need a baby sitter. I’m sitting here with a 30 degree asic and a 29 degree vr with all the headroom in the world. We know the risk of overclocking. We understand we could cook the board with too many amps. I tried patching the OTA firmware but it rejects the modified bin. Tried patching the factory firmware and installing via usb but something wasn’t quite right with my patch. Hey while you’re at it, ask them to add an error rate feature. We need it for tuning. You can find my comments on the issues and just thumbs up them.

NerdQaxe++ Revision 7 Firmware Update - **IMPORTANT**

Setup notice for new NerdQaxe++ Revision 7 owners.

If you are flashing your miner straight out of the box, make sure the pre-release box is checked on the webflasher. The NerdQaxe++ firmware is fully open-source, actively maintained, and in excellent shape. For Revision 7 specifically, support for the board's new TPS546D24A power-delivery stage currently lives in the pre-release (beta) build, which has not yet been merged into the stable release.

When you open the web flasher, check the pre-release box and select the latest pre-release, currently v1.1.0-beta2. Please do not flash the stable "Latest" release (V1.0.37.2-LTS) on a Revision 7 board, as it does not yet include Revision 7 support.

If the stable build is flashed by mistake, the unit will display "PSU fault" on the LilyGo screen and show this error in the logs:

"TMP1075.c: Failed to read temperature from TMP1075"

This does not mean your power supply has failed or that the board is damaged. It only indicates the wrong firmware for this revision, and it is fully resolved by reflashing through the web flasher with the pre-release box checked.

Web flasher: https://shufps.github.io/nerdqaxe-web-flasher/

As an open-source project, the full Revision 7 firmware source code can be viewed here: https://github.com/shufps/ESP-Miner-NerdQAxePlus/releases

Revision 7 support is expected to merge into the stable release soon, and we will post an update at that time. If you have any questions during setup, please reach out to our team.
