Please recommend your favorite movie soundtracks. I am looking for anything, but I am especially a fan of soundtracks that include any of the following: A heavy-handed dosage of percussive instruments, tracks that include very dissonant chords, industrial and noise production, and anything that sounds like you’d hear coming from a off-the-grid cabin that houses a lovely couple.

If it will help, my favorite film composers at the moment are Thomas Newman, Emile Mosseri, and Henry Jackman. American Beauty, Kajillionare, and X-Men First Class are my favorites from each of these 3, respectively.

Heared any random song that would make you nostalgic? I was listening this song of Avril Lavigne and my good old days returned back. It’s crazy how music does that. Which songs do you like?, and where does it take you?.

I really enjoy the spoken word aspect. It sounds spooky and it really fits the concept of the song. It’s a song where it feels like a character is speaking. Are there any more songs that might have a similar feel to them?

Hello I am searching for music to make a longer playlist for a trip i will be taking. Im kinda going for the softer sound, the best examples i can give are like A Love Song by Loggins and Messina or Bless the Telephone by Labi Siffre, artists i really love. I like the soft instrumentals like the guitars in A Love Song. I like songs that are happier/sweeter as well and songs about love. Hi, I was born in the 80s, and I’m trying to remember some of the love songs my father used to play when I was a kid.

I really love those golden, sweet love songs from that era. One song I remember is “Boulevard” by Dan Byrd, but I know there were many others I’ve forgotten.

Can you recommend similar love songs from the 80s, 90s, or early 2000s? Something soft, nostalgic, and timeless.
