The Air (Sonic Adventure) Uses Electric Sitar
Theme of Tikal (Sonic Adventure) (not entirely sure because it's mostly programmed instruments)
Dusty Desert (Sonic 06) Use Tanpura and Electric Sitar
Let The Speed Mend It (SATSR) Uses a traditional sounding Sitar
High and Broken (SATSR) also uses a traditional sounding Sitar
Misgiving (SATSR cutscene music) uses a flute that sounds like a Bansuri (indian flute) but could just be a Ney (arabic Flute) since they sound similar.
