Discussion about the racing.

Does anyone else find it incredibly annoying that whenever you do a racing mission (Example: Jett the Hawk's mission in metal city skatepark) and you finish the race, it teleports you all the way over to Green Hill again? Are they ever gonna change that or is there a way I can
