Do any of you want to be touched by about 100 or more hands all over your body ask with in 5 min?

No! But you'll crowd surf. Got it.

Don't really care who does what. Live your life. However, (in my opinion only) most of the ppl i saw that crowd surf were the same type of ppl that were really against the "me too" movement/period.

To me it seems a little weird to be fighting against ppl touching you inappropriately but yet want to crowd surf and have no control over where jands land.

Just my opinion. An observation while bring in the crowd. I also could be off on this, but I don't think im that far off

I didn't ask any one their status, just something I thought when I was in the crowd.

Please don't beat me up in the comments. We all have our opinions. I was/am expressing mine.

Basically from lamb of god to tool I was hanging out with this girl on the barricade, I never got her name, number, instagram, nothing. I don’t have a picture of her or anything, she’s about 5 foot tall, she had on a black mini skirt with a grayish tank top, with Birkenstocks on (no socks). She had brown hair with 2 messy buns with some some ducks or something in them, she has her right arm tattooed with a rose and something else, her back had a dragon on it.

If you have any videos or pictures of the barricade or think you know her please help me out, I haven’t stopped thinking about her…

I know it's common for festivals to have their set times delayed. However... I am curious.

Was there a multitude of that? Or did it run pretty smooth?

Setting it up to the right of cathedral was the biggest fuck up of the weekend. Last year it was in the perfect spot in between cathedral and citadel/sanctuary. Every time I wanted a refill and a band was playing I had to wade through a sea of people recording and getting in there shots

Godsmack and Tool, among many other bands were great. But is it just me or did Tool not play most of their hit songs? They opened up with Stinkfist, which was absolutely stellar, but then the rest of their songs were not on their top 10 hit list. Would have been nice to hear Aenima, Parabola, Lateralus, Sober etc

Deploy Bluetooth Beacons throughout the festival with the ability to add your friends to the ST app. Therefore when you inevitably get separated, all you need to do is open the app and it gives you waypoints to their location, similar to using FindMy. Cell signal was terrible throughout the festival, so this would be cool to see where people are. Even better as you make new friends through the long weekend. Just a thought on an enhancement.

I was talking to a RLY cute guy. I wanna say he was 20? And from Iowa? WE ONLY exchanged ages and states BEFORE I was randomly lifted to crowd surf and lost him forever. Apparently he went soon after me.

I was in a white lace shirt with black shorts a ton of belts and patterned fishnets. I have black hair and I also had a (melted lol) heart on my cheek.

These peeps had a great atmosphere on stage. They made several new fans. I am, more so, offended by myself. I didn't hear about who they were until this show. Not NO MO!

My fiancée and I drove almost 10 hours for the festival, and we had a killer time overall, despite this strange ticket issue that really started us in a panic on Saturday. We thought this was worth sharing so this could help someone at Sonic or the other DWP fests.

My wristband got way tight after day 1, I cut and retied it for day 2 but it fell off shortly after entering. No biggie, went to box office by temple stage and got it replaced. Important to note I think, I showed my ID to prove I purchased that wristband, and it was approved and went on my way. Entering on day 3 is where the craziness happened. My wristband scanned in, but my fiancée scanned red. Security guard said theres an issue with her wristband, so we would have to go to the box office outside the gates. Weird, I was almost worried that would've happened to me since I replaced my wristband, but hers was fine the whole time. The same guy who replaced my band the day before is now at front box office, and we explain the issue the best we can. I replaced my wristband, showed my ID, and even ordered separate from her because I bought the parking passes with my order. After him and another box office worker are confused, a supervisor gets called over. The supervisor was the most rude, unhelpful, and arbitrarily difficult person in the entire process. After we explained what was happening to us, she kept saying something to the effect of "her wristband was not the original wristband, and she needed that wristband". We were very confused, and genuinely thought that somehow her wristband got overwritten when I got mine replaced the day before, and were trying to explain maybe an error happened that we wanted to resolve. The supervisor kept getting short tempered and smirking, saying "thats not how this works" and we needed to provide her original wristband. We showed our IDs and our order numbers from the website, and she kept repeating that we needed the original wristband, no matter how we tried explaining that those were the only 2 we had. She then offered my fiancée a Saturday only stadium seat as consolation, to which we basically said "fine but go fuck yourself", but with a bit more pizzazz lol. Mind you, we had both bought 4 day GA+ which was field access too, and she came almost purely for BMTH, this was simply not what we paid for. My fiancée ran to the temple stage box office, and raised utter hell about it. She was not going to be undercut by some petty so-called supervisor and not get to see a favorite of hers up close, pretty much her highlight of the entire lineup. The people there kind of put up the same fight, but once she showed her ID and order number, they had no problem giving her the 4 day GA+ band.

What the actual hell happened? It seems like somehow the festival thought there was 2 of me and 0 of her after i replaced my band. My fiancée is quite certain that she didn't swap our wristbands when they came in the mail. But even if she did, people buy wristbands for others all the time, their kids, spouses, siblings, friends, etc, so surely they wouldn't need everyone to have unique order numbers or registered accounts? Any insight and help is greatly appreciated. We are just glad it all got sorted and she got to see BMTH up close! (And she started a mosh pit out of pure spite for that supervisor)

so we won 2027 stadium passes through the Waste Warriors program - super excited!!! however, my partner & i are definitely field girlies 😅

we reached out and asked if there's any way to upgrade them, obviously paying the difference. they responded that the only way to do that is the day of the show IF there are any left and they cannot guarantee availability.

what would our best route be? i'd offer to sell them so we can get field passes but we don't get them mailed to us, we pick them up at the box office the day of the show and i could see how that would be super risky for some folks. TIA 🤘🏻🥰

So this is a complete shot in the dark, figured I might as well try, but would anyone happen to have videos of crowdsurfers on the left side of the stage? I crowdsurfed for the first time ever during symphony of destruction and would love to see it if anyone by chance has any videos they could send. I was a more tan guy prolly a lil bit burned in the Sonic temple white tank top and cargo shorts with glasses and black and white Nikes( I know that very little narrows it down) . Checked YouTube just in case and didn’t see but I am also blind so. If anyone could help it’d be amazing but if not I’m not too upset the memory is great enough

This was my first Sonic Temple. When I bought our passes back in October, I preordered a hoodie and T-shirt along with them. I assumed (wrongly, clearly) that we would get them before the festival *and* that they would be the 2026 merch. They finally arrived today (almost a week after the festival started…) and they’re beyond disappointing. They have a funky design and say Sonic Temple, cool. But they don’t say 2026. They don’t list the lineup at all. And they cost more than any of the merch onsite. Is this a thing that happens every year? Guess I learned to never preorder from DWP.

Went back to work yesterday, came home and ate dinner - and then proceeded to take a 12 hour nap.
