These "Sonic is Lightning" mfs are so fucking stupid. Why are their low brained mentally stunted humuncli so desperate in ruining Sonic? These complete and utterly smoothbrained buffoons!

Sonic is far more intrinsically connected with wind. He's fast and smooth like wind. He's freedom personified! He's always out and about, going wherever the fuck he wants! The wind is Sonic. Sonic is the wind. Naruto is a tornado that tears up your neighborhood.

Since when has Sonic even remotely like lighting? Hell no. Not to mention it doesn't even reflect his personality or anything about his character at all. I graduated from Sega University with a PHD in Sonic's characterization. I know what I'm talking about. I'm right. You are wrong and know absolutely nothing about the series you brainless troglodytes.

Case in point, Sonic was electrocuted by this shit in Unleashed. Do you see Blaze getting burned by the element she represents; fire?

Fuck no. Do you see Sonic being hurt by the wind? Again, fuck no. Get this smoothbrained take that Sonic is Lightning away from my series.

There's a reason why I don't TRUST SONIC FANS with making a GIANT project that's been hyped up for so LONG. Sonic Omens is Sonic fans GREATEST Failure, and it SHOW'S HOW MUCH Of a failure it is. If a Sonic fan ask me to make some animation for their BIGGEST Sonic Project, I will say no cause the last time I seen a big sonic project hyped up, THIS IS WHAT WE GOT. I am SO GLAD that Frontiers came out, cause it's a WAY better game then THIS game made by Sonic fans. This game is JUST Sonic X the GAME sequel, like, WHY DID THEY ADD CHRIS IF THIS GAME WAS supposed to be an ORIGINAL STORY?!?!? The fact that this game takes place after unleashed and before colors is just DUMB. Sonic and the BLACK KNIGHT came after Unleashed and BEFORE Colors, DID THEY JUST RETCON black knight?!?!?!? Yeah, there's a reason why I DON'T TRUST SONIC FANS with Making a HYPED UP BIG Sonic Project, cause we might get another Sonic Omens situation. I think this game is a WAKE UP CALL to sonic fans to show WHAT happens when they MAKE something out of SPITE, and I got a feeling it will happen again.

As we all know, in the 35th anniversary Sonic central, we saw the first trailer for what was, at the time, the new, highly anticipated, 3D Sonic game, which of course, showed off Sonic’s new model, similar to the, at the time, recent redesigns Mario and donkey Kong had undergone, Sonic was changed to be more cartoony and ‘expressive’.

This significantly hurt Sonic’s character imo, Sonic’s supposed to be cool and badass, not cartoony and childish. Sonic’s current design is far, far too much, his proportions are exaggerated to absurdity, his quills are too long, he has too much muzzle curve, and his expressions are utterly ridiculous, like they’re tryna make the next big meme face. it’s so difficult to take seriously, and for a franchise like Sonic, taking the main character seriously should be the upmost priority.

Sonic’s late 2000s-mid 2020s design understood this *perfectly*, he could be expressive when he needed to be (see the unleashed opening), but they generally knew to not push it too far and to keep it low key a lot of the time. On top of that his looks are perfect, his quills are the perfect length, his muzzle curve is just right, even right down to his nose, it’s all the perfect shape and size, it’s no wonder why this design stuck around for so long, it’s the absolute perfect Sonic design.

And then they changed it…

We as a community need to unite to bring this design back to how it was, Instead of the childish slop they currently have, and make Sonic cool again!

I think its weird that this character only appears in spin offs. Why can't he appear in the games or IDW comics? He is missed potential!
