SOA Spotify playlist

I’m new to the series, currently at season 4. And one thing I really like, amongst a bunch of other things, is the theme song and that whole vibe it gives off.

Now I’m going on a roadtrip for a while and in the making of yet another playlist for this trip. So I’m wondering if y’all had any artists/song suggestions that has the similar/same vibe as the theme song gives off?

That “cruisin down the road” vibe.

Clay wanting to go to Ireland...

How do you think the storylines/season would have changed, had Jax just let Clay get out of the country and go to Ireland? He'd be out of the way, one less person dead etc... Could that have had a different outcome to the following season/events?

My first post here

I can’t remember, about a year ago and some change. I hadn’t watched the show yet (I know, I know) so I had gotten a Peggy Bundy photo signed. Yeah she looked like that the entire time I waited for her. She wasn’t mean, just seemed bored

Just finished the show, and holy shit

I never had a TV show that got me eager to see the next episode more than SoA. God the final season is absolutely insane, watching Jax becoming a worse version of Clay, the lies, the whole shit storm with all the different crews. Even knowing the ending from some YouTube short it still felt like an amazing show, maybe on par with Breaking Bad which is my top 3. It’s the first time I felt heartbroken for a TV character, even in the last episode when he says goodbye to his crew it felt like I was saying goodbye to those guys as well (I know it sounds weird but that’s how it felt). The rest of the show was also insane, with Gemma being an absolute manipulator /bitch from the start all the way to the end lol.
I’m just glad my favorite character (chibs) lived until the end. Man what a beautiful show

Edit : am I weird to like Otto ? I feel like this « loose cannon » is one of the best character in the series, not the best written, but definitely a great one

Goof troops

Did anybody else despise the helmets they wore while in Ireland? It looks more like something u would wear while getting shot out of a cannon.

A wee little nit pick

I'm gonna get torn apart for this but I'm rewatching again and every time someone pulls a Glock in the show u hear a hammer cock. It's even in the subtitles lol u literally hear it and sure enough it pops up in the subtitles 😂 Glock are hammerless and have no safety to click off. I know my gun guys out there get it 😂

what if…

do you think gemma would’ve still killed tara had unser not opened his big ass mouth with misinformation ?

i personally think there DEFINITELY would’ve been an argument/ fight between her and tara but not sure she would’ve killed her if she knew all the information.

Re:watching this and nothing pisses me off more than how Nero was treated.

I honestly think that Nero deserved better.
I love how he dresses like a lil ole tio that fixes things on the weekend, and he has this thing about him. Turned his life around. Did the things and the deeper Gemma gets her claws in, the worse his life gets. The deeper he gets dragged back into the abyss.

Every single friggin time he's close to the exit she pulls him back with a crisis, a need, something, or gets jax to do something stupid.

What makes it even worse is that Nero is what Jax could have become, like he could have been a Nero, out living the clean life working a the autobody shop, doing the dad and husband thing.

Literally anything Gemma touches turns to shit because shes selfish, she literally leaves everyone worse off.

A picture to sum it all up

I’m rewatching the show after a while and told a friend about it. I was thinking that if I had to choose a picture to sum up the show or tell what’s about, I’d choose this one. It’s a frame from episode “Huang Wu” (S6E10); the weight of the world on one man’s shoulders. Breaks my heart every time I get to this point, with Jax dealing with so many complicated things, so close to finally making his vision come true and yet so close to descending into the chaos and darkness of season 7. Which one would you choose?

Cast

I was just watching an episode and honestly, with where Charming is meant to be located -- I feel like 95% of that cast deserved to have a good tan on them after all the time they're in the sun, the long bike rides etc. Maybe it's just me, but I imagine Charming was hot a lot more than it was cool but that's just me thinking out loud

Taylor Sheridan reveals on today's Howard Stern Show why he quit acting on Sons of Anarchy and pursued screenwriting

"I'm an actor on this show, making scale and I'm literally would leave the set of that show and go to my other job because I didn't make enough on that show to pay my rent and and live. So, after season two, I told them, I said, guys, I'm not coming back and doing this again for this price. I'm just not doing it."

Salazar & Hale

Currently rewatching season 3 & I honestly wish Jax had kept Salazar alive because he no doubt would’ve ratted out Hale in an attempt to save himself. While I get that Hale wanted to bury the Sons because he felt they were responsible for the death of his brother Deputy Hale but he was also a dirty businessman as he stole land to profit off it.
