2016 Soul EV range dropped by more than 20km recently

7 months ago I got an used 2016 EV with a 137km range (sometimes 142) on a full charge. Back then it's only got about 49000 km on the mileage. I have driven it quite extensively since, added almost 20000km to the mileage since. While I tried to careful I've also gotten into some minor accidents.
But the current issue is that on a full charge, the range meter shows only 112/113km, and this happened about a month or two month and it's almost an over night dropp, and it hasn't really recovered since. I have tried to maintain a good charging habit (only charging up to 80%, using level 1/2 whenever possible).
Does anyone know why this is happening, would it have something to do with the heat? Will it go back to how it was once the weather cools down? I have recently moved to a new address where it required a lot more highway driving and driving up hill, would that be a contributing factor? Do I need to consider getting a new (pricy) battery?
