Last night...
We had a really good turn out last night. 3 new folks joined us regulars. Perfect night for Banya too. The slight chill in the air made sitting around outside in the buff very enjoyable in between the sauna sessions. The cold plunge was spot on.
And Parenie (Venik massage) with fresh cut Venik is an experience that everyone should have at least once in their lives. I'm keeping Thursday Night Banya on the rotation.
Even though I learned that Thursday is apparently the worst day for traffic in Atlanta we'll keep the start time at 6:30p and folks can just come when they can make it. I'll extend the finish time to 10p to accommodate.
