27Shaw is considered traditional in a way because they rarely conduct events. So when they do, you know that a lot of thought and planning went into it. I think B-Yoga is their first event that actually opened for public registration, and honestly, the execution was impressive.
B-Yoga currently has an introductory price of Php 1,200.
The session started at 2PM, but by 1:45PM, almost all 21 participants were already there. Yes, only 21 participants per session, and I think that was intentional so they could maintain a proper classroom setup without making the space feel overcrowded. The session was held at BClub, and yoga mats were already provided, so you really didn’t need to bring anything. Just your body and your willingness to learn.
The instructor is a legitimate yoga teacher who has been teaching for decades, and you can really tell that he knows what he’s doing. He was very patient, especially with us beginners. It was also nice to see that there were participants who had been practicing yoga for a long time, and they were more than willing to help us with the poses. So even though it was my first time, I never felt out of place, not even once.
Now, the naked part? Surprisingly, that was probably the thing you noticed the least. Once you get into the session, you become more immersed in the connection between your mind, body, and environment. And being naked actually adds something to that experience. And to be very clear, the activity is not sexual. It really is yoga.
After the session, you can use the wet area to your liking. Most of the participants also got massages afterward since B-Yoga attendees receive 20% off massage services. It’s a nice way to end the whole wellness experience.
For someone who had never tried yoga before, I’d definitely do this again. They mentioned that B-Yoga will become a regular activity, and honestly, props to 27Shaw for creating an event that feels very much aligned with their wellness branding.
B-Yoga is definitely something I’d come back to.

I was able to visit an enormous bathing complex in Japan earlier this year and was struck with how different the communal bathing cultures are between there and America. I stumbled on their website's immersive 3D walkthrough recently and thought others would be interested to see the whole process. It starts off in the lobby to purchase tickets, and you can walk thru the social areas, and then the single-sex nude areas like the locker rooms, wet sauna, and even the outdoor area.
This bathhouse was smack dab in the middle of a major shopping mall, and connected to a stadium and amusement park. There were signs everywhere for the bathhouse, and based on the constant stream of people going in and out during my time there, it was probably expected that anyone at the mall, amusement park, or out for a day of shopping would very likely also unwind at the bathhouse before heading home.
If you just look thru the men's side, you can see that there are dozens of rows of lockers that looks like lockers for over 600 men at a time, brightly lit and very open to the locker hallway.
And the bathing area itself is enormous with very large saunas and pools. The outdoor area was also an awesome experience and it was refreshing to alternate between the sauna, the hot baths, and then walk around in the icy cold air to cool off. It's hard to see here, but the outdoor area was also open (with some slats) to the shopping mall below so you could people watch or see a roller coaster flying by every 10 minutes.
I was really struck with how different the bathing culture was. You'd see families, groups of friends, people leaving the concert at the stadium, all heading over the baths. And the men were totally non-self conscious about nudity in a way that was totally alien coming from America. In the lockers, there were no "towel dances", or rushing to get back into clothes. Guys would take their time at the lockers while talking with their friends, and nobody bothered with towels when walking from the lockers to the baths. And in the baths themselves guys would sprawl out on the chairs or even nap on the benches all while a constant stream of others walked by.
This was just totally different than home even at the K-Spas I've been to. Has anyone else been to enormous bathing complexes like this in Japan or Asia? What was your experience?
Hello, I am planning to visit a spa this coming weekend (first timer here!). Sa mga malalabo ang mata, do you wear your eyeglasses sa Wet Area/Hall? Hindi ba masisira yung coating? Ayaw ko rin kasi gumamit ng contacts since hindi advisable lalo na kapag sa sauna/steam room.
Okay, i have been to seabliss 6 times, 3 times in hamada, once lang sa 4 south at ferros, then sa urus mga 3 times na rin ata and once in alpha i even tried amistad once too but never sa infinity pero gaing nako ng t by 27 shaw so many times like 7 times isang balik na lang magagamit na ang bloomworld points. Tsaka may loyalty card pa sa hamada at seabliss. 4 points for hamada and 8 points for seabliss.
Well here is my question, bakit ko palaging naririnig sainyo ang NY Spa or new york spa tsaka lasema? Curious tuloy ako kung bakit? Ano ba ang meron? Can you guys enlighten me and clarify whatever it is.

Hi! Can you please recommend any thera in H Spa? I tried Echo and he is very good in doing Lomi massage. May I know kung may natry na kayong other thera and why? Thanks and please bear with my query. :)
Experience this in Japan. Can we collectively agree to do this here in PH din? hahaha 🥹
Been lurking around for some time now and ngl i love reading all the spa and discreet bulong stories. About me, I'm a discreet spagoer who have go-to theras in some low-key spas. I don't like spas with wet areas coz I dont really go to the wet area coz of timidness. I just like the idea of something happening as discreetly as possible in small cubicle or space and going out as if just a clean massage happened.
I get thrills from getting bulong from unexpected spas that are supposedly straight. But that's about it especially if the thera is not worth the amount he's asking for. A lot of misses more than hits.
So that's that. Looking for other spas with this kind of "ganap"--no wet areas, just supposedly clean massage, and if possible nice looking theras.
Thanks redditors. I have tons of fun and libog reading all your mis-adventures!
Nahanap ko post sa fb at tiktok. Tapos itong comments. Nakaka curious. HAHAH thoughts?
Hello!
Planning to visit on a Wednesday night.
Any advice or feedback if ok po ba ang B by 27Shaw for first timers. Like hanap po talaga namin aside sa maayos na massage ay ganap.
Baka lang kasi mahiyain ang crowd dito. I dunno. Lol
Thank you agad! 🙏🏻
