I'm new to the game and community. I'm looking for an active PVP game mostly. Is it still alive and thriving or has the ship sailed? Is it worth investing the hours?

I decided to play strictly balance on some low difficultys (mainly to get more melee warriors.) And ive mastered the timing. Youre arm has to be timed behind you to get it. Its actually pretty easy even on things like carnifexs double rapid swipe. Its imo all the benefits of fencing while providing great dmg and cleave. And playing assault actually was pretty fun again. (Also techmarine) i think everyone should give it a go and learn it. But what is youre favorite?

Getting back into using the sniper after 6 months. What’s the better option to buy in the store? I’m pretty solid on melee considering I ran bulwark and vanguard but just curious on what the opinion is between argent edge or the power gladius.

What are the perks that you feel are invaluable at all times? Im prestige 4 and feel like I striggle deciding between some of them.

Honestly for me mostly run the top row all the way across, 10% more damage on gunstrikes and stuff after a perfect parry or dodge: super good because im a parry/gunstrike whore since even though im on tactical im still mostly going hard with the melee haha. I like the equipment charge every 60 seconds: lifetime supply of melta bombs or krak grenades is sick. The auspex scan on parry is amazing, it feel like it especially pairs well with the one that blows up enemies who try to call for reinforcements.

Im not looking at the tree right now but I basically run the top row with like the first one I use the bottom point. And I think the next box over I run the bottom of the fiest column as well.

I was curious with the one that shortens the scan by 4 seconds, if you run the one that lengthens it 4 seconds do they just cancel out? And is that worth it? Just something ive been meaning to ask.

Let me know your must have perks on tactical, and what kind of funny combinations you can do for maybe certain builds or playstyles.

Who thought this was fair and balanced game design? You win the first point and automatically win the next 2-3 because this thing two-shots anyone except a shielded heavy from 50 feet away, and requires an entire team dying MULTIPLE times just to kill it once.

WTF Saber?

This single seemingly undodgeable attack has cost me several runs to the point where i dont even play this mission anymore at all. I asked several people in game and nobody knew. Also unrelated question how do you get the blue triangle currency and what do you do with the purple box currency from the ordeals
