No fuel, no docking port, What can they do?

Every time I launch, it keeps tilting to the left without me doing anything. I added the thruster on top only for this problem

Used my spare parts in orbit; experimental landers with staging issues, extra fuel tanks, mini orbital tractor probes, and circulizer stages, to do the Mercury return after I had finished the Mars Grand Tour and Venus return. I've only got outers left, Beltalowda.
