So I’ve never had a problem with sparkles showing my plus account but now I’ve got a few Google TV boxes that I have sparkle installed on and only one is showing the plus account the others do not show the plus account. And I have already shared my plus account with four friends. So I can’t go that way.
So all my boxes are logged into the same place store account where I purchased sparkle plus.

Since one day I have the issue that sparkle is empty. No bouquets no channels but vods.
So right now I went to source settings and set again to load all categories. But nothing happened. Then I marked all categories manually and then it got populated. But still with only some categories and some channels. A lot is missing.
I just checked if the provider has some problems but my mytvonline app on my android phone is working without any issues.
I also tried to clear cache and checked hidden categories btw...
Can anyone please explain to me how Plus login works on different android tv devices? In some posts I read that you have to use the very same Google Account where licence was paid to login except for fire tv devices bc Google play services or something. Is that so or it used to be like that but not anymore?
I have multiple android tv boxes each with a different Google account and I'm not sure if paying will allow me to unlock Plus features in every device.

Couple questions so far. 1 Where to epg info 2 How to get rid of annoying start up channel
So it can make some buffer and we can play it from where we stopped?
Btw a feature request when multi view , an option to control both sides or 3 4.... Sides individually, showing the full options like it's on tv (feature) when we can change the audio if it's available,cc (closed caption) etc ...

On my samsung phone,using sparkle. I just did a sync of 20 playlist.19 did sync while 1 didn't. I then disabled 18 playlist did a sync of the 1 that didn't sync and 1 of the others that did.they both sync ok.
When i add a channel to favorites, it stunts me to sparkle adapting
It doesn't let me do anything after that...

I appear to have an issue with this latest version. I am running the app on a Nvidia Shield.
What happens is if channel surf my IPTV and change channels frequently, the screen refreshes, but the picture will freeze.I have to exit the player and reboot the Shield as force stopping and clearing the cache has no effect.
I have Auto Frame rate enabled. However, I have disabled this and renabled to test, and it's still doing the same
The issue leads me to believe there may be a bug in this version. Can you check this

I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong but I just purchased this via the companion app and I'm struggling to link the account.
I the app I click on my purchase and fill in the email and a password and hit "share" and nothing happens (should I get a message or something?). I then transfer the details I've added in on to the TV but I get "invalid username/password".

This is the app I’ve been looking for! I have my own custom setup and I have been looking for an app that recognizes the channel numbers I have set in my software. I activated plus to support the app and development as it is perfect for my family.
I have one minor feature request. When in the program guide, I would like to be able to use my remote’s keypad to enter a channel numbers and jump to that spot in the guide.
If there is a better place to submit the feature request, please let me know.
When I set a record for recurring in my manual set up, I set up like Mon- Fri. When I back out to set done I have to hit the All button to get to done. But when I check my record it is still recording for 7 days. What step did I miss.
I have a playlist that doesn't work well when using a VPN so currently use that in a separate player. I would like to incorporate said playlist into Sparkle to make it less of a pain when switching to find a more stable feed. Is it possible to incorporate such a feature in Sparkle so for instance you could select VPN/no VPN on adding new playlist.
Alternatively do any other users have same scenario and know of a workaround?
Not sure if it’s been asked before. Currently this offers 3 mods; full, zoom or normal. It would be nice to have few more options as the full mode gets ratios right but loses details on right and left side.
When I go back to play something from catch-up, the program listed in my EPG is fine, but when I play, it's not the right programme, so it's not lined up with my EPG. How do I figure out what that discrepancy is and why it's not lined up?
I think the player is great, but these two issues have been bothering me. Some other players can automatically fetch the EPG based on the playlist URL. I’ve been using a mixed playlists, and I miss having that feature.
Sometimes, when switching channels very quickly, I get a 500 error; I know the issue lies with the playlist itself, but the player doesn't attempt to reconnect if I stay on that channel. That isn't the ideal behavior.
Love the app, but I really only have one formal complaint. When I update my playlist it takes 5 minutes to actually finish updating, and during this 5 minutes it’s impossible to watch any channels without lag. Please add a toggle to both “update on app start” (which you already have), and “update playlist on app start”.

If you purchased a lifetime subscription of Sparkle back when it was available on the Google Play Store, you DO NOT need to access the Sparkle Assistant App or Sparkle Website.
If you purchased a lifetime subscription to Sparkle back when it was available on the Google Play Store and wish to install it on another device, you can download the APK file here and install Sparkle on other devices as your lifetime subscription allows 5 installs.
If you do not have a subscription to Sparkle and wish to purchase one, you may use your android phone or tablet and purchase a Sparkle Subscription using the Sparkle Assistant app available in the Google Play Store. You can also download the current version of the app as well. Please note: the Sparkle Assistant app is not available in the Google Play Store on streaming devices, only on an android phone or tablet.
If you do not have an android phone or tablet, you may use the Sparkle Website and purchase a Sparkle Subscription and also download the current version of the app. If you have a web browser installed on your streaming device, you may use the Sparkle Website on your streaming device browser if that option is convenient for you.
If you only purchased a monthly or yearly subscription of Sparkle using either the Sparkle Assistant app or Sparkle Website there is no need to worry as your subscription auto-renews.
At this time, Sparkle is not available on Apple TV.

Hi all, I wanted to give some feedback after using Sparkle for few weeks + suggestions:
• Really like the simplistic UI and the fast channel switching, comparable to tivimate reactivity!
• For those who have a custom tivimate from their provider, this is a great alternative app
• There should be an option to refresh / update 1 source instead of everything at once; also from that source management / update screen, it is a bit strange how to just get back to the live feed... (had to click back through previous screens?)
• Too many clicks to go from current TV channel to movies for example, why not put Recordings / Movies / Series / Settings in the same sub-panel ?
• When displaying channel groups, the channel names take too long to scroll, which makes it really hard to distinguish
