Just discovered this now! but driving along, early in the morning, down, and jump into the fire aren’t in surround sound, and it’s dolby audio (which means it’s traditional surround sound like 5.1) but not dolby atmos

Atmos Hidden Gems playlist - tracks with only 1, 2 or 3 community ratings.
I created a playlist based on the results from Hidden Gems page on Hello Atmos. I took the top 30 tracks by overall ratings with only 1, only 2 and only 3 ratings, and compiled them together to get a list of 90 overlooked Immersive mixes.

What am I doing wrong?
I’ve listened to the Atmos mixes on Apple Music with AirPods Pro and Max. Supposedly it’s better than stereo but it is not an improvement, to put it mildly 😂 anyway, is it because I’m listening to a downmix that could never truly render the atmos 7.1 audio? Do I need a Atmos receiver and 7.1 speakers? I appreciate your thoughts…
