How is audio software even capable of rendering Hypertone?

For reference, I have pretty much no knowledge of digital music creation, but over the past few days I've been diving into Hypertone, and it's super interesting to learn about how it works and all that. But i've been left with one question I can't find an answer for.

How does audio software even render hypertone? Like... because I seriously doubt that the software can actually render more beats than there are atoms in the observable universe, so how is that working? I've heard it has something to do with frequencies, but I don't understand that. So could somebody explain that to me please?
How is a music making software capable of even rendering that high of a BPM? Would it not hit a limit where the software itself just can't shrink them anymore?

Unknown melodic speedcore track

Extracted from a mix from YT. This track could be from the 2010s. Among the samples of this track there's "Fuckin Bitch" from "S.W.A.T. - Thw Fly is Dead".

Any Bandcamp artists I should look into?

With Bandcamp Friday tomorrow, Im wondering if there are any good artists/ you'd recommend for me to listen to?

Im still relatively new to the genre, I like Diabarha (and I like most on his label Speedcore Abyss), Sunhiusa and Kobaryo. I also like one extratone artist: Eater of Sheep.

Throw names at me, Im so far really enjoying this music.

Thanks!
