My machine is one week old. I emailed support and I am waiting to hear back. I have had this message come up twice, never during a workout but seems when it “wakes up” from sleep mode. Anyone else have this warning or issue?
I've noticed that the weight system isn't functioning properly anymore. I'm on update 3.11.01 and know another update is coming soon but I wanted to lay this out. I have five days worth of custom workouts and don't use the other of teams. Here's what I've been struggling with lately. I have spotter mode on:
* If I increase or decrease my weight during a set, it goes back to what it started at at the beginning of the workout.
* If I decrease the weight in a set the machine is still under the assumption that I am on the higher value and the AI says I beat my RM and increases the weight. This is throwing me off badly.
I think those two are the only ones I remember now. It feels like it has something to do with storing the history of previous workouts and spotter mode. I still love the product, but this has become a bit frustrating.
Raised some weeks back when it got changed in a patch. Can we get an update on when this will get resolved?
