Hello,

Im loving the machine, but I'm running into some issues with Strava since I changed my phone.

My trainings are not automatically uploading to Strava anymore. I checked the app and I can see that it's connected to Strava. Interestingly, it doesn't let me disconnect from it, i.e. the option to disconnect is greyed out so I'm unable to test establishing a new connection. Strava website shows that there is a connection established with Speediance.

I tried to clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall the Speediance app but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts?

I am looking to make a purchase so that i can work out in my apartment without anyone in my way. I can't find a store to test this thing to see if it's worth it. I saw a cheap alternative like the Squatz board mini on ebay for $479. These are obviously worlds apart in both price and quality. I also don't want to pay 3k for a machine that's end-of-life out the gate as it isn't receiving any updates and won't get any better, especially if it's not very good.

I also see that they GM2 cables appear to be smoother? The rowing leverage appears to be different, but I was wondering if anyone has attempted to drill holes into the unit to get different leverage points. Forgive me as I don't know if there's any wiring running through the vertical metal frame.

For those who think it's not worth it, do you have any alternative suggestions?

Anyone want a free Gym Monster 2? You will have to come to the Raleigh, NC area to pick up. Mine was delivered 2 weeks ago and the delivery service brought me 2. We did not know this because we were not home at time of delivery. Contacted Speediance the same day to let them know and ask what they wanted me to do. They said they would schedule pickup and the transportation service has schedule a pickup for three days and nobody has shown up. It has been in my driveway under a tarp to protect from rain, but it has to go as we cannot access my driveway and garage. I tried to do the right thing and let them know but no one seems to care about a $3000 delivery. Let me know what you would do?

EDIT: I have reached out again to Speediance to reschedule a pickup for the 4th time. They are supposed to pickup on Monday but ai am doubtful. However we are traveling for the holiday and the still sealed box is sitting on the sidewalk unattended so it may or may not still be there. Speediance Support has been in constant contact but cannot seem to get their local delivery partner to pick it up. Moral of this situation is not to do the right thing should have resolved it myself and just been happy with windfall that came my way. I will update anyone interested in Monday evening.

I just received my GM2 and was wondering if the wellness+ is worthy, but I would really prefer to try it for at least 1 session before subscribing. Is there anyway to try it?

Got my accessories a while ago.

But have basically no updates from Ceva on the gym monster 2.

How long did it take for you guys to get it your machine? I ordered from their site.

I'm actually very worried i ordered the monster 2s on amazon so it's not going to arrive for a couple of weeks but they have the option to get some accessories and those accessories have already arrived and while the accessories are generally okay the scale is particularly bad from the fact that the the app isn't completely in chinese to the fact batteries to the fact that it doesn't really connect like I would throw this scale out immediately and if this scale quality and the experience quality is any indication of what the gym monster is like i need to cancel the order and so i need understand if the scale really has nothing to do with the quality of the product or if it's indicative of what I'm about to experience

I'm on the fence about getting a smart gym. Discovered speediance. Do you wish this machine had arms like tonal? Do you feel the lack of arms hinders certain movements?

Can't decide between tonal, speediance and aeke s1 pro.

I was going to start my daily routine, and my first exercise was squats with 77 kg weight, as the weight was going up, it suddenly stopped and showed me this error.

I tried, to no avail:

1. Restarting the machine
2. Re-setting the cables by using low weight and extending them as far as possible then letting them retract.

Using less weight seems to not cause the issue.

I contacted support but based on my previous experience with them, I don't expect them to even answer.

Has anyone run into anything similar?

I did have to replace my cables a few months back; my only theory is that I messed something up? However, I've been using the machine since without any issue since, until today.

Some people in the community were already training regularly before owning Speediance, while others came in with little or no previous lifting experience.

Over time, working out at home has become a more consistent part of many people's routines.

What's it been like for you? Since using Speediance, how has your routine changed?

Ive emailed them and have yet to receive a response. Its been about 2 weeks, is that normal? Yes, ive verified using the official email address.

My Bluetooth ring stopped functioning, and Ive been trying to set up gmvoice. It connects to my GM2 via Bluetooth, but when I try to start, it says language not available. The only language pack that downloads and starts is cestina. Ive reinstalled multiple times. Has anyone else run into this?

In case anyone is wondering, the base for the Pilates set is 30" long, so the total of the GM2 and the Pilates extension is 66" long altogether. The yoga mat is curled up so needs to be flattened out.

(FYI, the ramp in the photo is just something I got from Amazon so I can wheel our bench up onto the platform. I had been using another pad to support the bench but now the Pilates platform should do the trick.)
