Some times i load splice sounds vst it crash fl studio or when i try to drage a certain sample into my daw

Often when using any Splice piano, I try to play a few notes at the same time and some of them won't play and they will just play a hammer sound. I have tried turning my midi sensitivity all the way up but that hasnt worked. Any suggestions?
