1956 Dodgers Poster Goodwill Tour of Japan

Found this Japanese promotional Dodgers poster today and can see that it's quite rare from what I can find about it online. The other posters I have seen did not have the extra part on the bottom, so I was curious about that. What do you think? Is this a hit?

Found a Roberto Clemente figurine signed by Todd McFarlane at goodwill

Trying to figure out the significance of Todd McFarlane, I know his name is on the package and it’s his brand but why he would sign it, and does it affect its value at all? Can’t find a comp!

Question about authenticity

I found this guy locally selling this Michael Jordan signed 8x10. He said he used to own a sports store and it’s been sitting in a drawer. The back of it has this authentication. I know PSA is the standard but this is from 1997 so I’m not sure if it’s a green light or not. Can anyone help direct me.

Any help identifying this? (MLB)

This has been in my possession for a bit of time now but I’m not too familiar with the faces of older baseball players. Definitely two Red Sox on the 1915 World Series team. Any help identifying what this is or who these players are would be a great help! Thanks in advance. 2nd photo is a little dark sorry about that.

Autograph Jersey Framing?

Hey guys,

I had the chance to meet Alex Rodriguez last weekend in NJ and got him to sign my World Series jersey. I now want to get it framed and hung up. I know this isnt a sports memorabilia sub, but anyone on here also collect autographs? Can you please tell me where you get stuff framed? Im looking for cutouts so i can add 8x10 photos inside the frame as well.

Thanks in advance!

Picked up this sealed Dallas Stars jersey from an estate sale 12 yrs ago for cheap. Can anyone help me figure out who signed it or what year it’s from?

Hey everyone, I bought this jersey when I was a kid at an estate sale in my neighborhood in Michigan for $100 cash. It’s just been sitting in our storage room ever since in exactly the same hard-plastic display, untouched.

I recognize Mike Modano’s signature on the left shoulder (viewer’s right), but can anyone help me figure out who else is on here, when it’s from, and how much it’s worth?

The number for the signature in the crease on right shoulder (viewer’s left) is 22. I’d really appreciate all of your expertise!

Loft find Valuation

Hi everyone, recently my mum emptied her loft and found my old Steven Gerrard Player issued boots from 2004. They are personalised with his number and daughters names.

They are not in the best condition so maybe more sentimental value rather than monetary.

But would anyone know roughly how much something like this would be worth? Thank you!

What to do with a ton of inherited memorabilia?

So I’ve inherited a ton of Detroit Tigers memorabilia from my brother. It’s overwhelming. While I want to keep SOME of it, I am just puzzled with what to do about it. Things like… seats from the original Tiger Stadium type stuff. I’d have nowhere to put it or know where to start.

Thought I’d ask to start getting ideas as I figure things out.

Baseball card business?

Hi - I’m the mom of a boy finishing his freshman year of high school. He’s a good (not great) student and is still figuring out what he’s interested in. Meaning, he doesn’t really have a clue where he wants to go to college, where he could get in, or what he wants to major in (maybe engineering?). And I think that’s okay!

My question is this…he has accumulated a number of baseball cards over the years and has started a small biz with them. He tracks them, watches their value, attends card shows and shops, etc.

Is there anything about this that could potentially help boost a college application. And, if so, what guidance do you have for him? Does he need to start some sort of social media page to garner followers (I hate SM for kids 😂)? Does he need to carefully track every transaction to know his profit over the years? Anything else I’m not thinking about?

This is a fun hobby for him, but I want to make sure we leverage it (if helpful) when the time comes.

Any feedback is appreciated!

PS. Any book recommendations to help with building something like this?

Thank you!!

Babe Ruth autographed baseball

This baseball has been in our family since the 1950s. My great uncle was a big Yankees fan and got it as a birthday gift from his boss, who apparently knew someone connected to the team. Both Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig signatures are
It's an old ball that shows its age but still displays nicely. I never realized it might be special I'm definitely not a memorabilia expert lol. A buddy told me I should try to sell it here on Reddit.
$425 OBO. No paperwork, just the ball itself.
Happy to answer any questions!

Any one able to help me with my hat?

I bought this about a year and a half ago and I am having trouble figuring out the last few signatures on it.

So far I have Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Mario Lemieux, Brett Hull, John Elway, Chris Chandler and Billy Joe Tolliver. (I believe the two signatures on the top left of the hat are both Charles Barkley but i could be wrong)

I got this from the woman who had it signed originally, She worked for NBC in the 90's and worked a few of their celebrity golf tournaments and each year she went to one she took the same hat back and kept getting signatures on it.
