Drop spring weight?

Drop spring weight?

Shooting suppressed, happens pretty often. It does not like these Hornandy 147 grain hollow points. Syntech 150 feeds no problem but casings just barely dribble out of the gun. I get failure to eject occasionally. Suppressor doesn’t matter. Tried SiCo Specter k, Sig SRD, and Griffin Revolution. Gun is nice and wet. Just bought yesterday.

Looking at a second 2011

I currently have a Staccato P DPO (photo) but looking for a second 2011. Deciding on another Staccato HD P4 or a Kimber 2k11 Pro Comp Stainless. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

HD P4 v P4.5 v GT4

Hi, I’m looking into getting one of these 2011s for my edc, as I’m left handed and would like to finally get my first 2011 and was wondering if anyone had had any experience with all 3.

Speed loader and flush base plate recommendations for Staccato C?

Looking for two things and hoping the collective wisdom here can help.

  • Speed loader: I have a Speed Beez and honestly don't love it. Anyone have a speed loader they actually like for the Staccato C mags? Open to anything as long as it's not the Speed Beez.
  • Base plates: The stock base plates on my 10/15 and 10/17 round mags stick out more than I'd like. Anyone running something lower profile or closer to flush? Not looking for extended, just the opposite. Want them to sit cleaner for better concealment.

Appreciate any recs.

Thanks,

J.

The most basic P4.5 of all time

Plain ole EDC gun, shoots like a dream. Better than my Wilson Combat EDC X9L and doesn't dig me too bad in AIWB. Huge fan so far at 1500 rounds in.

Bitting the bullet and purchasing a HD P4.5

So I’ve been on the fence with purchasing a P 4.5 since it came out. I own four other Staccato legacy 2011. The P, XC, C & C2. Can anyone give me any insight of the pros and cons of the P 4.5. You read so many posts of people on reddit with people having issues with it.

Everyone says their 2011 is the best. If budget, wait time, availability, etc. were no object, what’s the ultimate 2011? Who makes the absolute best of the best, and why?

A little fun my C4X... love this thing.

I’m still pretty new to shooting. I’ve only been at it for about 3 months.

Golf has always been my biggest hobby, but I’m pretty sure shooting has officially become my new addiction. Every range session just makes me want to get back out there and improve.

My current goal is to keep building fundamentals and eventually compete in some USPSA matches. I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m really enjoying the learning process.
