Starting second instance of program.

Hey,

just wanted to let you know that if you have an instance of stacher running, and by accident start another one, it gives you a database error and then prompts to install stacher again. It'd be cool if it just ignored the mistake of starting a new instance (or just told you "Hey, stacher is already running") or maybe just started a separate instance that worked on it's own.

But it's not a big deal or anything, just a small quality of life thingie, no worries.

Error trying to launch.

I'm having trouble getting Stacher7 to launch on Linux Mint. It was working normally this morning. When i got home from work I had to restart my computer and when I tried to start Stacher up again, it wouldn't open at all. It started a bunch of background processes but the program window never appeared. when I tried to launch it from the terminal I got this error.

I tried purging and reinstalling but that error persists. I installed from the .deb package on the official website and always updated from within Stacher itself. I was also on the most recent version.

Stacher7 / yt-dlp no longer downloads anything. Something that started happening recently and don't know what to do (even tried updating / reinstalling yt-dlp, but still nothing.)

how to fix age

When i try to download a video from youtube it says that it is age restrictreted sit could be sensitive for some viewers, but i take the url while being logged into my youtube account and on my youtube it plays it fine.

Patreon content will lose some audio/video sections when clipping

Hi all, I've been using Stacher to download patreon content and consistently run into an issue where in the first few seconds of the clip will have the video missing, and the last few seconds of the clip will have audio missing. Other than that, everything completely works fine. I do toggle the "Force keyframes at cuts" but for some reason it will still do this - not for every video, but seemingly about half.

I'm able to work around this by adding 5 seconds to beginning and end of each clip and then just trimming after download, but would save a lot of time if I could resolve this issue. Anyone else run into this issue or have any suggestions?

I'm using Firefox cookies. Happy to share any other settings or info if it would be helpful to diagnose the issue. I use the same exact process as I do for youtube downloads and never have issues with that - only Patreon.

Cropped video not downloading

I am downloading this jumper jump podcast and just want a specific part of it the podcast is 1:13:47 long i have tried this with with other videos and podcasts as well but the feature just doesn't seem to work is the problem from my side is there any work around any fix anything cuz downloading the whole 1 hour thing for a 2 minute clip is just insane. I can trim the part but the trimmed part just never starts downloading it just sits there with dashes and NA. I desperately need to know a fix or a software or anything i can use to trim and download specific video parts i cant use paid softwares unfortunately so please dont even suggest that

Can't download more than 100 videos in a playlist

I'm trying to download a Playlist with more than 100 videos, but when I attempt to, only the first 100 videos are loaded.
