Issues with stake.us

So I was playing Drop The Boss 2, started hitting a TON of 5x and 20x on the plinko mini game, the site crashed when my balance was up to about $7, started playing again, my balance goes all the way up to $37, except this time it doesn’t crash, it just didn’t record my winnings at all;

Attached is proof and supports answer,

P.s. I started screenshotting my balance as it went up in game but didn’t go up in the Stake balance bar.

Also attached the screenshots of supports non-help.

No banana for scale.

almost got scammed by a stake wheel promotion

last week i hit a 1086x on gates of olympus super scatter while the wheel wars prize drop was running. right after i checked how many of the 1000x prizes were left and there was still 1, so i knew i'd gotten that one.

messaged support just to be sure, asked if i had to do anything to claim it or if it just comes automatically. they said it'd come through when the promo ends.

week later the promo resets to this week's drop and i got… nothing. not in my balance, not in my vault. so i go back to support and it's the usual runaround, "it's automated", "the provider handles it", "we can't really verify it on our end". took a bunch of back and forth but they finally actually looked and gave me the $500.

thing is the only reason i could even argue it is because i still had the bet from a week ago. stake only keeps your last 40 in the feed so good luck pulling up a casino bet from 7 days ago normally. i had it saved through an extension i use, gave them the exact bet id and that was that. if i didn't have it they wouldn't have lifted a finger.

anyway, save proof of your bets if you're doing these promos. they're not gonna dig it up for you.

p.s. hid the customer name in the screenshots for obvious reasons

p.p.s please don't beg in the dm's

Stake.us did me so dirty…

Here is a screenshot of my WTF moment. I was on a hot streak on Stake last night, turned my post monthly bonus into a small fortune over a period of several hours. I was killing it, $2 dollar spins that seemed to keep hitting and piling up. I was stoked as it had been a while since I’d had a big day on Stake. Suddenly I spin and I get the insufficient sc message. W. T. A.F. I click on my balance on the top of the screen to see it reads $1.17, not the 6349.18 that I thought I was working with. I take this to support right away. They ask me to confirm the Game ID and I send them the one for the screenshot and I tell them the can work back from there for the thousands of spins I had made that night. They told me the $1.17 is accurate and I should have checked that one as the one on the games that they show you can be “laggy.” This is when I called BS, and demanded they pay me. They refused and said it was my problem despite them knowing about this issue and allowing the game to be played. I mentioned the fact that by them showing an inaccurate count, at the very least they are using a deceptive practice to separate me from my winnings, which is fraud, and they are doing this knowingly. I can see a lag of a few spins, but they were $2 spins, and for the count to be off by over $6000 is shady as hell. What do you think I should do?

Showing what StakeArchive actually looks like mid-session

Threw together a quick demo of StakeArchive while I grind some Keno.

You can see it logging every bet the second it lands. The page stays smooth, no lag or stutter while it's running. I can filter by game or provider, search for a specific bet, and copy the bet ID or a link to it right from the row.

Free covers Keno and Mines. Pro opens up the rest of the originals and all the provider games.

It's at https://stakearchive.app if you want to try it, and there's a Discord if you'd rather chat: https://discord.gg/4uws2t6mJw

My withdrawal is stuck!

1 week ago I applied for a withdrawal of around 17k rupees. The site says the transaction is successfully processed but I still haven't received it in my bank account. What should I do?
