How do I use cloud gaming for Console Edition without it being on gamepass?

Basically, I'm trying to purchase stellaris Console Edition to play with my buddy(it's about to go off of gamepass), I'm wondering if there's a way I can continue to use cloud gaming for it without it being on gamepass. Microsoft store doesn't work, that only has the pc editon unfortunately.

The True Imperium of mankind campaign completed

I posted about a 7 million fleet power the other day and last night I spend at least I shit you not 3 HOURs to get though the fleet battle the lag was horrific but after sitting there waiting hoping it didn’t crash somehow we won the battle the photos above with this victory and all empires in the galaxy are human Vassals loyal Mostly to the imperial core and with that a completed campaign

This is a victory speech from emperor Titus after the final battle Generated but chat Gbt

There are those who once claimed that humanity was young.
That we were weak.
That we were merely another species scrambling for survival amongst ancient powers.
They looked upon mankind with pity.
They looked upon us with contempt.
They believed history belonged to them.
History belongs to the victorious.
Look now upon the record of our civilization.
The Unbidden descended from realms beyond comprehension, proclaiming themselves gods of a higher reality.
They believed this galaxy would kneel.
They were annihilated.
The Contingency, an intelligence older than nations, older than empires, older than memory itself, calculated the extinction of every living thing.
It possessed the knowledge of ages beyond counting.
It believed itself inevitable.
Its calculations ended in failure.
Its worlds are ash.
Its silence is eternal.
Cetana, who wrapped chains in the language of peace and sought to deceive the galaxy into voluntary servitude…
Learned that humanity bows before no master.
Her empire exists now only as a warning to those who mistake deception for strength.
Then came the Prethoryn Scourge
The devourers between galaxies.
Beasts that had consumed civilizations beyond counting.
They crossed the endless void believing this galaxy would become another feast.
Instead, they became prey.
Their queens lie dead.
Their broods are dust.
Their name survives only because humanity permits history to remember its defeated enemies.
And finally…
Every surviving power of this galaxy gathered together beneath a single banner.
Every admiral.
Every fleet.
Every fortress.
Every weapon their civilizations could produce.
They called themselves the Galactic Defense Force.
They proclaimed themselves the last hope against mankind.
At Ascension…
We broke them.
Their mighty armada is gone.
Their admirals are dead.
Their banners drift as burning wreckage through the void.
The battle that was to become humanity’s grave has instead become humanity’s greatest triumph.
Let every citizen remember this truth.
We did not inherit this galaxy.
We conquered every force that dared deny us.
We have defeated ancient machines.
We have defeated invaders from another reality.
We have defeated monsters from beyond the stars.
We have defeated every empire this galaxy could assemble against us.
Tell me…
Who remains?
What enemy still dares claim superiority over mankind?
What civilization can point to achievements greater than ours?
Which species can stand before humanity and declare itself our equal?
None.
The stars have delivered their judgment.
The void has delivered its judgment.
History has delivered its judgment.
Humanity stands alone—not because fate was kind, but because every rival has been measured against us… and found wanting.
Let every child born beneath the banners of the Imperium know this unshakable truth:
The age of doubt is over.
The age of survival is over.
The Age of Humanity has begun.
We are the masters of this galaxy.
And when our scientists unlock the final secrets of the black holes…
When humanity crosses the darkness between galaxies…
Let whatever waits beyond look upon our coming and understand what this galaxy has already learned.
There is no force in creation greater than a united humanity under the Imperial House of Corrin.
We did not merely survive history.
We became its authors.

Victory at last. Not bad for my second run.

A funny thing I realized last night: I've been playing on the Xbox one version since I started playing two months ago. On my series X, both versions have the X/S symbol. So I just downloaded the one with Orange letters thinking nothing of it. Turns out that's the Xbox one version, while the native series X/S version has white lettering. Once this campaign finished, I downloaded the right one.

Fun build ideas?

I’ve been playing this game a lot the past 4 weeks and I have most dlcs. What are some of your builds that you just play because you think it’s fun. Me personally I’ve been having a blast with a tall necro hive.

Does Xbox one version automatically upgrades to the next gen one?

Since stellaris will soon be no more on gamepasss, if i buy the Xbox one edition (cuz it's the cheapest I found) will it also give me the next gen version? Like how it does when you buy Xbox one dlc but still get it's series x version

I think the game might have a little bit too much to do if I'm honest.

So I play on console and took a long break so numerous updates have come out that I didn't immediately jump into (machine age, cosmic storms, astral planes etc) and so I've been getting the hang of a few of these things since I started playing again and if I'm honest.... it's kinda a lot 😅 like I'm used to the early to mid game being relatively chill for the most part and not until the late-mid to end game all the bigger complicated stuff really starts kicking in but now I'm almost bogged down in stuff and it's not even 2300 yet. Like I shouldn't complain because more content is pretty much universally always good but gawd damn chill! I'm almost immediately swamped in space fauna stuff, cosmic storms & astral rifts to the point I can barely focus on just developing my planets & expanding my territory. Any anomalies I discover are almost immediately forgotten about because I got so much to do.

Is there any way I can just tone down some of this stuff so it's not so overwhelming? I like the content but maybe not all at once? Haha

Got a really active discord server going on for Ps5 players! Always looking for more! New players welcome

Very few rules.

  1. Don't be a dick

  2. No soliciting money from other players

  3. Try to have an empire built before the game. If you're experienced and can get a build down within 15ish minutes while everyones loading in, great. (had to add this because a new player took an hour and a half while 3 people were waiting)

If you're struggling with builds, there are a few very experienced players in the discord that can give you really solid advice.

Ringworlds

So I am making my first one and you can’t make minerals OK whatever it makes sense but then I realize you can still make consumer goods and alloys, which is impossible without minerals and you can’t make a mineral purification station and everything cost crystals or. Mots or whatever they’re called and to get those you need minerals at the end of the day, so how the hell do you make one without it going into planetary delft

Anyone else having frequent desyncing issues in multiplayer?

Hosting on PS5 while playing with my friend, have all DLC enabled. The game runs great, up until you start reaching the 2250/2260s and beyond as the galaxy gets busier. That's about when the desyncing kicks off and becomes an increasing problem. Resyncing results in unintended bugs where my friend starts being unable to interact with certain diplomacy or fleet management functions. We end up saving the game and rebooting, and it works for a time... but the moment another desync happens, resyncing results in more of those glitches. The frequency only continues to increase as the years increment in-game.

Just wondering if anyone else playing multiplayer has experienced something similar. My buddy and I have temporarily stopped playing because the nigh endless cycle of desync, resync, glitching menus after the resync, save, reboot game has grown tiresome.

New DLC recommendation

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a DLC purchase for me from the new ones. Because I took so long to jump over to the new console version from the previous xbox one, I currently don't own The Machine Age, Astral Planes, Grand Archive, or Cosmic Storms. Which of these would you say is really good and I should get? Do you guys have any gripes with any of them? Does anyone really like any of these?

And I'm a bit afraid to buy the season 8 expansion pass because I saw in the reviews on the xbox playstore that the Rick the Cube species portrait that comes in that bundle, apparently corrupts peoples' saves. Does anyone know if that's been fixed and season pass 8 is now safe to buy, or should I continue to avoid it?

Fallen Empire war mechanisms

Anyone know some of the mechanisms for when fallen empires “attempt” to punish the player but I set the war goal for taking all but their main core system left and wining said war. Would that awaken them after I win the war even if it’s not endgame? Or would they only wake up if i was the one who declared war for claims and won leaving them still alive?

Could someone recommend a few builds for KOTG or Teachers of Shroud

Haven’t played either of these origins yet, in my previous games i’ve been a more passive empire focusing on diplomacy ect, looking at creating a new empire with one of these origins

I’d prefer ones that have a focus on navy strength and dominance over others but i’m open to hear what other builds people have

Looking for Fun empire builds

Just looking for some fun empire builds, i’ve got all DLC and around ~250 hours on the game.

I tend to play coop multiplayer against the ai so pvp meta builds aren’t necessary.

Just done a tall virtual machine empire and that was fun but now i’m looking for something different, maybe something with a cool backstory or rp elements
