He keeps on saying they were poor af and worked hard to be mildly ok and sacrificed everything for him. Then he said his dad used to be violent, her mom beat and scolded him if he wasn't good enough. In the videos of his childhood house there are very few pics of him but a lot of trophies. He was parentified and left to care about his siblings and sent to work in entertainment at a very young age.
His parents are theater parents. They sent him alone to Korea at 13. He said he didn't even know what he was auditioning for. They barely knew what he was going through. He implied he sent money home.
I hate that he keeps on praising them and saying they're heroes and role models. They were neglectful and now that he's famous they're online to promote his sister and bragging about their successful son like they have any merit(his dad using skz music for his thirst traps that teens watch). He sounds guilty sometimes like it was his fault. Also isn't his brother a minor? Where is he while they are on tour with his sis?
He should go to therapy instead of being delulu about his awful parents. His low self esteem and passive aggressive behavior definitely comes from his mom's conditional love. May that love never find his future kids.
