Hello everyone,

I sold about 16 tickets for FIFA 2026 on stubhub which are worth over $15k cad, i have successfully transferred the tickets to the Stubhub buyers(for which I have email proof and video recording),

But Stubhub is refusing to pay me and have blocked my account for more then a month now.

I have reached the customer service multiple times, I emailed their executives from linkein but still got no help.

This time I have sent NOTICE OF DISPUTE with all the proof but I have not hear back anything for more then 2 weeks now.

I have a proof from FIFA that says the tickets were transferred and accepted by thr buyers who bought my tickets on STUBHUB.

With all my savings I bought the tickets from FIFA official website and sold it on STUBHUB for some extra money but they have completely ripped me off.

Is there any lawyer that can help me to recover my money back from stubhub ? Or how long does it takes for notice of dispute to be actioned ?

Criminal. I sold a World Cup ticket through StubHub; the buyer canceled, but SH told me it was no fault of my own so to transfer the ticket to shmobilereturns and I would still receive my payment. Received an email confirmation from SH that my ticket transfer was received. Countless hours spent on SH customer support, and multiple agents giving me the run-around but still telling me my payment would be made by June 17.................. still have not been paid. I have followed every direction they gave me, and reached out to support when I didn't know what to do, but customer support continues to try and make this my error somehow, claiming that they can't verify I transfered my ticket because I didn't take a screenshot of the transfer -- which was NOT included in any instructions, but again, I received an email from SH confirming my transfer. My entire issue should have centralized documentation so that I don't have to start from scratch every single time I attempt reconciling. What an absolute failure of service and I will sue StubHub if I have to to get the money I am owed.

A couple of months ago I bought tickets to see Ron Funches in Irving, TX. He cancelled about a month ago due to a TV commitment and Ticketmaster and the event host both announced the event was cancelled. I reached out to StubHub support who said nobody announced it as cancelled. I provided the two links mentioned and they said it would be escalated and I'd receive a refund. Got a reminder from them yesterday to get ready for my event. When I contacted support they said "no, the event is going on right now." Provided the links again and was told I'd hear back. I'm pretty sure I can just say goodbye to my $200.

I bought the tickets for the Round 2 match in Santa Clara on Jul1st last Nov through StubHub. They told me that tickets are bought and will be transferred to my account before the game. The kids were really looking forward to see the match.

As now USA made it that game prices have jumped 7x. Stubhub just told me that seller has backed out and I will not get tickets but can get a refund for original amount which is not enough to buy new tickets. Has any faced this issue and what is the re-course as it looks like a scam.

I purchased tickets Aug 28th, for tonights conert with Ariana Grande in Austin. Despite calling and calling Stubhub to contact the buyer, there was no response. The tickets were not "transferred" until after the deadlines of even "day of transfer". The fee's for buying and for resale - everyone else got paid out. Leaving me stuck with $4,000 worth of tickets, fee's for a concert we were unable to attend. I will NEVER use Stubhub again. This was supposed to be our "once in a lifetime" experience. The customer service was unbelievable. What happened to th Fan Guarantee! How agregious big business takes advantage of customers! Hate hate this "game". My college daughter in retro told me that "they" never use StubHub as they are known for this kind of behavior. I should have asked the younger in the first place! Any advice?
