So I got banned for 7 days at first on Aug 3 and thought it was going to be ok to appeal for the mistake because I was using two phones to multitask one was for the character in jujutsu shenanigans so I can import the code to my image and another was to create it and I didn't get much of a warning and thought it was a 8000x8000 issue with the image and did it like 3 time trying to make sure if it was the image trying to reshape it and transform it perfectly in there so I can make my jumpscare for a friend than I gave up and wanted to just put a seal and that's when I get ban for 7 days than I appeal for it cause I customly made it so is nothing bad and I did have another image with it and they both got denied and I got permanent ban I did talk to BBB about this yesterday to try too get the staff's attention to this email I don't think is working.

I really don't know if they're ever going to get to Roblox but right now I'm desperate to find help and using roblox devforum feel impossible because I have to read to be a member and with my new account just feels slow is been like 5 days on that thing and I'm not getting anywhere within like 3 hours of reading

I'm kinda in a stuck position because no agent or staff has seen my ticket that got appealed for review for about 15 days by now and I'm worried if I wait to long it might be too late

I was permanently banned for using some sort of outside software. All ive ever messed with is shaders and I dont know why I had to be perm banned for this. Its been so long since ive been able to use my account and originally I thought I wouldnt be able to appeal it since I kept getting responses like this, but ive heard that some people are getting unbanned and my hope is I can be one of them.

💔 I REALLY NEED SOMEONE AT ROBLOX TO SEE THIS

I’m currently preparing for a serious and risky back surgery. It’s a major procedure with real complications and uncertainty, and it has already been extremely stressful for me and my family.

Roblox has been a huge part of my life for years. I spent holidays, weekends and free time playing, collecting rare items, making friends, spending money on the platform, and even creating my own projects and games because I wanted to build something and succeed.

Then my accounts were terminated.

My main account was banned after Voice Chat captured music/environmental audio near my microphone, which I believe was incorrectly interpreted as harmful speech. I appealed and explained what happened, but Roblox continued to consider the recording a violation. Afterwards, other accounts were also affected by linked-account enforcement.

The hardest part is that I never got a temporary chance to correct the problem or learn from it. My appeal process also took so long that my appeal window eventually closed, and I started losing hope.

I’m not asking for special treatment, and I’m definitely not asking anyone to harass Roblox.

🙏 I’m asking for ONE genuine review of the actual recording, the account-linking decisions, and a second chance with a fair decision.

Years of my time, memories, progress, purchases, friends and projects now feel like they disappeared as if I was never there.

I’m having one of the worst moments of my life right now. It has been about 3 months since my original account was banned, and today another account was banned as well. I also experienced a device ban around 3 months ago, and I still haven't received a meaningful response from Roblox Support about what is happening.

With my serious surgery ahead of me, this has made an already difficult period incredibly painful and disappointing.

I don't want special treatment. I just want someone to actually look at the evidence and give me one fair chance. 🙏

Long story short, a child account was left on a school/public space and someone uploaded media. I can't see said media or map but it says it violated the terms of service. It was a good amount of files.

This child account is linked to his brothers and mine via the parent system. This means all are permanently banned. This behavior seems to promote NOT using parent accounts? Its all so counter intuitive and awful.

Here is my last appeal, notice the timestamps. Their careful review was within 1 min. - to both read, confirm, and review it. There isn't just negligence it is utter disregard for their users. Also it is amusing they call it an "alt" account, while actually a parent account linked to all 3 children.

I will miss playing "fisch" with them. I won't miss hearing them yell about "slap battles".
