'Linking on socials' expedite loop – advice appreciated! 🙏

After sending the "EXPEDITE" e-mail to try to get my Subscribestar page approved (mature creator), including links to some of my 'socials' (Bluesky, itchio, YouTube), I got this response back:

Hi!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In order to approve your profile, please, add your profile page link [my subscribestar page link] to your pages on social networks, mentioned in previous email. After you add this link to "About" or "Contact" section of your page, please email us.
We hope to hear from you soon!

So I do that, more or less. I can't add it to YouTube, as they don't allow adult/mature links, but I add it on Bluesky and itchio. They don't have "About" or "Contact" sections, but I add it prominently to the profiles, and I mail them back the same day to confirm I have done this – and explaining I can't add it to YouTube.

So I wait. One month later, I hear back from them:

Hi!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In order to approve your profile, please, add your profile page link [my subscribestar page link] to your pages on social networks, mentioned in previous email. After you add this link to "About" or "Contact" section of your page, please email us.

... the exact same message.

I've no idea what to do. I didn't even know linking to Subscribestar on your socials was a mandatory part of the review/expedite process, and I can't link to it more than I already have; the link is about as featured and visible as can be.

I'm tempted to copy-paste the exact same e-mail I sent them last time, and see if this ends up becoming a monthly loop. I'm also tempted to just give up, removing the Subscribestar URLs from my pages (since it's silly having a defunct link so prominently displayed, and not very professional).

So any advice? How do I proceed? Is this a common occurrence?

Did they fixed verification problem yet?

A year ago I've tried to get my super-duper secret project verified as a creator. They literally ghosted me and they did that to a bunch of other people. I've grown a lot but I'm not sure I want to deal with it.
Have they started to even respond with rejections instead of ignoring new creator profiles?
