Package Returned by Customs - Sugargoo Claims They Don't Have It

Hi everyone, My package returned by china customs and send back to the sender(sugargoo warehouse), which in this case is Sugargoo. According to China Post tracking, it was successfully delivered back to the original sender. But Sugargoo is telling me they don't have the package and that it's "at the logistics provider's warehouse." That's unacceptable - the tracking clearly shows it was received. Sugargoo needs to take responsibility and either retrieve the package or resend it. This is not the customer's fault, and I expect them to follow up properly. Has anyone faced this before and managed to get it resolved?

Haul held in customs for 13 days

My order has been shipped and has been held in china’s customs for 12 days now. I contacted support they couldn’t tell me anything I contacted Canada post they said they can’t do anything until it arrives to Canada. Idk if anything is wrong with it or what.

I choose to let sugargoo declare the order and for shipping I chose air cargo. The package was around 5kg

Refund delay for 618 price difference - 10 days in warehouse passed

Hi everyone,

I need help with a price difference refund. The automatic system didn't apply the 618 festival discounts correctly, and making manual DIY orders for a large haul is too complicated.

Customer service confirmed the refund was approved but told me to wait until the items were in the warehouse for 10 days. That 10-day mark has already passed. However, I just received a message today changing the conditions, telling me now that I have to wait until after the parcel is shipped.

I am close to the platform's time limits, and I need this difference credited to my balance now so I can use it to pay for this current international shipping. Can a moderator please check my case and speed it up?

Rimowa Shipping Question

I've been looking at getting a Rimowa cabin rep for a few weeks, but I can't get a good feel for how much it'd be to ship it. I'd hate to buy a $150 bag only for it to cost me $400 to get to the US. Anyone w/ experience with this?

What is the best shpping line to the netherlands if i use sugargoo? dhl is everything tax free but some lines go to germay then ten netherlands and some just the netherlands but the germany one is 15-25 days and the other 10-15 what sould i do

Customs - End of DHL Line ?

I think this might be the end of the line for DHL and reps in general… Out of 4 parcels I shipped, 3 were either opened or seized. I know people working in sorting centers, and apparently customs is now very strict on parcels transiting through Germany, the Netherlands, etc., before ending up in France. This is due to the new €2 tax per parcel or something like that for Shein.

Bring large electric unicycle to Australia.

I'm planning to bring a large electric unicycle from China to Australia through sugargoo, I have discussed everything with the customer service of sugargoo and they were very helpful and honest actually.

The electric unicycle is about 50 kg, and it will be sea Freight.

I wanted to check with the more experienced fellows here,

- what do you think of this idea? do you think it's crazy or reasonable to try?

- what are the things I should check and make sure of before I proceed?

Where’s My Parcel?

I payed for my shipping on the 14 of may same day my items arrived to warehouse then on the 23rd it landed in Los Angeles and it said departed now it says departed from guanzhou china how’d did it go back? I shipped it with ems 60 10-15 day shipping it is now the second of June and it’s still not here help me
