WIP - Super Metroid Splitscreen Co-Op [PC Port Mod]

An experimental SM pc port mod that is still extremely early.

Super Metroid Splitscreen:
- P1 and P2 have their own items counts (Share Key Item checks)
- Enemies are based on the first in the room (P2 enters a room and kills everything there wont be enemies for P1)
- Lots of visual limitations at this current moment.

Goals:
Phase 1:
- Map Syncing w/o saving
- Increased enemy hp/difficulty to feel balanced
- Unique Player 2 color palette
- Fix graphical cutout for opposite player
- Fix the Scaling and widen the over all camera pov
- Implement a clean UI for the players that reads well and fits the mod
- 100% completed playthrough ( I've only tested until bomb torizo)

This is not a publicly playable mod yet, but maybe sometime in the future it will be.

EDIT:
Hopefully I fixed the link my apologies. Should be public now.

Super metroid. More like Super Dissapointment

After having played Zero mission and AM2R, I probably got a little well spoiled on how well executed they were for me. So going into "the most praised metroid game" was a tad bit of a dissapointment. First of yes I can absolutley thank SM for shaping what a metroid game should be and it's huge impact on the video game industry, but may still not satisfy everyone. My biggest gripes are the execcive amounts of precise platforming and many dangers around them compared to any other metroid game and the bosses are infuriating as heck. It's also suprising how fast you obtain new items here, like seriously you get super missles 30 minutes in. I'm not a master ranter of well of a explainer, and yes most of this can be seen as nitpicks. But sometimes glazing has to be called out on.
