Im seeking help because i want to buy a package (branded items). Approximately 7kg haul with only clothes. There are no shipping lines that’s tax free and Norway isn’t in eu so ioss won’t do anything. It’s 25% off final price. So I’d be looking at paying 117$. Is there anyone that knows a way? Any way i can minimise the final VAT? Bypass?

Hi there. I have a question as a newbie.

Generally speaking, most buyers will say that prepaid tax shipping is the best option, but they’ll also say that shipping expert is a must.

What if shipping expert recommends EMS (where tax isn’t included)? What’s best? Following their recommendations or skipping it altogether and go straight to prepaid shipping?

I’m not sure I understand why shipping expert is a must if the safest route always is prepaid shipping…

Sorry if this was asked before but I can't seem to find it. This is my first parcel with superbuy so unsure about many things.

How do I know how big my stuff will be when packed into a box, to calculate the shipping fee?
I have the dimension from the listing I'd like to buy. It's a bag so maybe that's not the right dimension when packed for shipping?

This is my first time shipping anything like this ever and have seen a lot of posts saying go with UPS duty free or tax free.

I chose best overall and it says 11-22 days. Price is good but want the best choice that means it will get to me.

Ok so i bought a keyboard from taobao. Last week it arrived at the warehouse as im currently away i decided to let it stay there. Yesterday i got a notification that something else arrived from that seller. I checked it and its like some sort of plastic keyboard looking layout i assume is to store the keycaps... basically its just plastic in a big box. I really don't need that and don't remember reading that it was included. Can i tell superbuy to just uh dunno throw it away? Or what can i do? I don't want to pay shipping for that it's already high enough as it is for me

Which shipping line would be the best option? Are all the prepaid-tax lines equally safe and reliable? Also, what value should I declare for the parcel?

Hi, i was wondering is it safe to ship watches in my haul with clothes and shoes in the same parcel, cuz i heard that it is quite dangerous in the past, i was planning to ship the parcel in eu, with a shipping line which lets u ship watches, and in my last haul i bought watches, and they arrived safely.

Looking to purchase something off xianyu and the seller has mentioned they only do SF Express with cash on delivery, does Superbuy or a different proxy deal with sf express in that way?

hello, in my haul i will be shipping around 10 t shirts , and i was wondering if i should try the vacuum seal option in shipping. Will this actually make a significant impact on the volume of the parcel and lower shipping or does it not have an effect on volume for boxes with t shirts.

Hi, I'm doing my first order from superbuy but I found out they don't support PayPal anymore. What is the safest option to payments now? I can't use Wise cause it doesn't like my address so that's out.

I’m a bit newbie on Superbuy. I just got 2 pair of shoes stored in the warehouse. I asked to trow the original shoe box and switch it with opaque plastic bag and they did it separately(switching packaging purchasable service).
My question is will they also ship them both automatically in a regular brown shipping box or they will ship them only in the opaque plastic bag?
