Tip 1: The best way to track your parcel, is submitting parcel consulting request to our parcel aftersales team, they have higher authority than the Reddit team for parcel issues. If you had already submitted parcel consulting request to our parcel aftersales team for your parcel, no need to ask us here.

Tip 2: If your package has been out of the warehouse for less than 5 days, there's no need to worry about checking.

Tip 3: If you shipped via tax-free line, then "Can not track one 17track" is normal. You could always contact Superbuy customer service to track the parcel for you via the courier's internal track site.

Hey everyone! I'm about to use Superbuy's Shipping Expert for my first ever shipment to Italy and I need help with several things.

My items:

• 8 short sleeve t-shirts
• 3 swimsuits
• 1 jeans
• 2 shorts
• 5 caps
• 3 belts
• 4 boxers
• 1 pack of socks (3 pairs)
• 1 pair of shoes
• 1 pair of sunglasses (with hard case)
• 1 pair of plastic slippers
• 1 shirt

Packing doubts:

1. For the shoes: I want to remove the original box to save space, but I'm worried they might deform during shipping. Should I ask Superbuy to insert a shoe tree or cardboard support inside? Is this a standard request they can handle?
2. For the sunglasses: I want to keep the hard case to protect them. Is this a good idea or does it add too much volumetric weight?
3. For the plastic slippers: I plan to remove the box since they won't deform. Does this make sense?
4. For all fabric items: I plan to request vacuum sealing. Will this significantly reduce the volumetric weight or just the actual weight?
5. What should I write in the "Sending plan description" / remarks field? Can you share an example of what works well for Italy?
6. In the Shipping Expert form, which options/checkboxes should I select for the best result shipping to Italy?

Declared value question:
The real value of my order is approximately US$354. I plan to use the DHL Tax Prepaid line for Italy. Given this, what declared value would you recommend? Should I declare the full amount or something lower? What are the risks of declaring too little or too much on a DHL Tax Prepaid line specifically?

I bought something on taobao and it shipped very recently to superbuy’s warehouse. However i noticed only now that i mistyped the phone number when placing the order (everything else is fine, address is fine, just not the phone number). Is it a big problem or will it be okay ?

I'm trying to calculate volumetric weight. Do carriers use 5000 as the divisor?

I have 20 kg with 5 shoes and clothes, should i split into 2? I want to ship them all together because another guy on here side he has been shipping 20+ kg hauls for 7 years with no problems

Recently, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) have further tightened regulatory oversight on imported consumer goods. To ensure your parcels clear customs smoothly and avoid inspection-related detentions, Superbuy would like to draw your attention to the following latest compliance requirements:

I. Core Compliance Documentation Requirements

Under CPSC regulations, certain products shipped to or sold in the United States must be accompanied by the following proof of compliance:

1. Children's Product Certificate (CPC):
2. For products intended for children aged 12 and under (e.g., toys, children's apparel, baby products, etc.), a test report issued by a CPSC-accredited third-party laboratory and a corresponding CPC certificate must be provided.
3. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC):
4. For regulated general-use products (e.g., adult apparel and textiles, mattresses, bicycles, batteries, etc.), a GCC certificate is required to demonstrate compliance with applicable safety standards.

II. New eFiling (Electronic Filing) Declaration Requirements

The CPSC has now formally implemented eFiling electronic declaration requirements. For certain regulated products entering U.S. customs, the electronic certificate data must be submitted in advance through the Partner Government Agency (PGA) system.

Please note: Missing electronic filings or mismatched data will directly result in customs clearance delays or even trigger mandatory detention by customs authorities.

III. High-Risk Product Categories (Enhanced Scrutiny Alert)

U.S. Customs is currently conducting high-frequency random inspections on the following categories. Please verify before placing orders or shipping:

Children's Products: Toys (ASTM F963), strollers, pacifiers, children's apparel (including tracking label requirements).

Battery-Containing Products: Consumer goods containing button/coin batteries (must comply with Reese's Law reinforcement and warning label requirements).

Wearing Apparel & Textiles: Adult garments (especially high-flammability-risk items such as chiffon and scarves, which must comply with 16 CFR 1610).

IV. Penalty Warnings for Non-Compliance

Authenticity Review: CPSC officials will strictly verify certificate numbers and laboratory accreditations. Uploading forged, expired, or irrelevant test reports is strictly prohibited.

Penalties: Declaration violations may result in shipment delays or detention, requests for supplementary information, confiscation and forced destruction of goods by customs, as well as potential high storage penalty fees. Relevant violation records may also affect the shipper's and consignee's customs credit standing with U.S. authorities.

V. User Action Guide

To ensure the safety of your parcels, we recommend taking the following measures:

1. Confirm Product Classification: Before shipping, check the CPSC official website or consult your seller to verify whether your product falls under the scope of 16 CFR mandatory standards.
2. Prepare Documentation: Ensure you have valid scanned copies of CPC/GCC certificates readily available for timely submission upon customs inspection.
3. Check Labeling: Ensure that product packaging bears clear tracking labels, including manufacturer information, production date, and batch numbers.

VI. Recommended Shipping Lines

We recommend using the following routes for your shipments:

EU&US Duty-Free Air Express-B
Duty-Free Air Express (Actual Weight)
EU&US Duty-Free Air Express (Special Cargo)

I have 14kg, 25 items, 6 shoes & clothes. Would it be better to split my haul? Also none of the tax free lines are available to me, what should I do about that?

Shipping a small carry on suitcase with some some clothes and a watch battery powered a lip gloss and phone case around 9kg reckon I should take the watch out will it cause me issues as it has a small battery? Shipping to uk tax free line eu

I have 3 orders consisting of 2 bags and a tie. tie has reached the warehouse, and shipping tax-free is 107 CNY for just the tie. Shall I submit a delivery request for the tie alone, or wait for everything to reach the warehouse? Some people say to use EMS [tax-excluded line for faster shipping. Is that good or bad for the UK?

I'm starting to get a little bit tired of larger orders from the same supplier/store being split across multiple SB agents, I wouldn't mind but the difference in efficiency between agents can be really frustrating!

I've found some of the agents can be super pro-active in chasing stores and they get my orders purchased and ready to ship to me in crazy quick times whereas others, literally on the same order, from the same seller, will sit on it for ages, the orders are left as 'order processing' for unnecessary amounts of time before the items are purchased, the vendors are not chased to ship, I don't get updates... Etc... etc...

Honestly , I have literally canceled a few orders now as it's easier to cancel them continue to wait on them to do anything. I also tip the pro-active agents well to show my gratitude..

Anyway, why are you spitting the orders like this? Why doesn't the same agent just get allocated everything in the order if it's all from the same store/vendor?

i ordered on june 16 and declared value 149 dollars. expected the package to make it before july and the new regulations but it's still in germany.

with the new regulations, estonia is very strict and apparently won't give entry to any packages with value of over 45eur.

what do i do? am i fr cooked?
