PJ’s recently converted from the only game in town as a diner to a coffee shop. I don’t understand the decision other than as a way to reduce the menu and raise prices. Visited this morning and it was more empty than I’ve ever seen it on a weekend. Multiple people came in and left when they realized it wasn’t a diner anymore.
UPDATE: On Sunday, August 2, at approximately 1:38 p.m., a vehicle was observed traveling toward Boulder from the Davidson Mesa area on the bike path along the north side of US 36. Deputies estimated the vehicle’s speed at up to 50 mph, creating a significant safety risk for anyone using the path.
Yesterday evening, 44-year-old Gerardo Aguilar Cruz was charged with Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangerment in connection with this incident.
