Does anyone else keep quitting supplements too early?
Every time I start something new I end up second guessing myself after two or three weeks because I dont notice much. Then I read a thread where someone says it took two months before they felt anything. At this point I honestly dont know if Im impatient or just buying things that arent helping. How long do you usually give a supplement before deciding its not worth continuing?
Hello finding specific supplement
I tried this supplement back in 2023 and I originally purchased it from TJ Maxx but of course like with all TJ Maxx products it ended up being great but when I went back, I could not find it. so I was wondering if anybody could tell me where to purchase the product or if they could tell me the ingredients list because I cannot find it for the life of me. Thank you so much in advance.
What do you do when your child simply refuses to take vitamins?
If your child needs a supplement but refuses to take it, what has actually worked for you?
Do you switch between gummies, liquids, powders, or chewables? Do you involve them in choosing the flavor or make it part of a daily routine?
I feel like sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t choosing the supplement it’s getting kids to take it consistently.
Would love to hear what worked with your child and what definitely didn’t.
Supplement stack
What is a good supplement stack for a 36 year old male. I already have creatine, magnesium glycinate, load boost that’s about it. What else should I add ?
i think i found a gap in the market
For most of my life I tried to be someone else. I'd find someone I admired, decide they were better than me, and copy them. That mindset pushed me into a business I never enjoyed and only started because I looked up to one specific guy. It failed. I felt completely lost.
Around that time I was obsessively tracking my sleep with a Whoop, trying to optimize it. I kept getting good recovery scores. And I was still exhausted, yawning through entire afternoons, dead by 2pm. That's when it clicked: the score doesn't do anything. It just confirms you slept well or badly. Cool. Now what? Knowing isn't fixing.
So I built the thing I actually wanted. It takes the data your wearable already collects sleep, recovery, heart rate, and turns it into a daily protocol instead of another number. It tells you what supplements to take based on your metrics, predicts your most productive hours and gives you the exact time window when you should do deep focus tasks and light focus tasks, it tells you how much caffeine you have in your system left based on your first coffee taken and notifies you when you should take the next caffeinated drink for maximum productivity, it even tells you when to nap so your energy lasts the whole day instead of crashing and much more...
It's on the App Store as RizeAI https://apps.apple.com/us/app/rizeai-maximize-your-energy/id6762402079. i built by myself, it's early stage right now, and I want honest feedback, what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd never use. Tear it apart.
Replacement for discontinued supplement?
Hi fellow Redditors!
I truly hope you can help me.
I’m looking for a replacement for the Now Foods Tru-Food Vegan supplement (see url for label and contents).
It’s been discontinued for a while now, but I can’t find any replacement that has such a wide variety of ingredients and made me feel that good when taking it.
Ever since I can no longer take it most of my aches, brain fog and digestive issues have gradually returned.
It goes without saying I would be eternally grateful if you would have useful suggestions.
