Daughter heading off to college so I got her setup with a little bit of cargo carrying capacity. Off to do an orientation ride!

Hey, I bought this disc trucker a few months back. A few weeks ago it started making this noise sometimes, only with weight on it.
I’ve changed the tires while it’s been making that noise. Today I adjusted and cleaned brakes.
So I’m thinking it has something to do with hub/axel, maybe the rubber cones either too tight or not enough.
