I keep seeing this come up in threads here but never with any real numbers attached to it: clients who review your initial concept work and then hire a cheaper contractor to execute it. Or lose a project entirely to someone with zero CoA registration charging ₹15/sqft.

Curious how common this actually is across different cities and practice sizes. Put together a quick anonymous poll — no names, no firms, no login. Just trying to get a clearer picture of something the community talks about but nobody has hard data on.
