I can't share the actual email since their responses are marked as not for reproduction or forwarding, but I wanted to share the main takeaway from their reply they sent me:

Support said they unfortunately can't tell us whether Calca is currently planned or how likely her implementation is, since adding characters requires coordination with the rights holders and other parties.

However, they specifically said that continued requests for Calca are not a bother, and that our feedback is being shared with the operations team. They also said that detailed input about what we like about Calca, what we'd like to see from her, and how we'd like her to appear in the game is valuable when considering future character development and events.

Personally, I'd love an original scenario where Calca actually meets Ainz. The novels showed Calca defending Ainz from the Custodio Sisters' criticism and telling her subordinates not to prejudge him, but that characterization was cut from both the film and manga. I think it would be really interesting to explore a "what if?" scenario where Calca and Ainz actually meet and potentially become allies—or even friends.

Personally, I think each version gives her a slightly different impression, so I'm curious which one the community prefers.
