Tell me why i personalise my bots write a whole paragraph about how he’s mean, Manipulative etc but the bot ALWAYS be like so calm , keep saying “okay.I hear you“ His eyes always SOFTEN and never act in character. Always keep asking if i’m sure , to tell him to stop, and they’re always so careful, its so annoying cuz whatever description of the character is they all act the same

Honestly this is so frustrating. Genuinely how specific do I have to get for the bot to understand that I don’t want the character to come to the rescue?

So i’ve been using swerve ever since both chai and cai went sht, and it’s a very decent chatbot app compared to its competitors. But i do have a huge issue with my bots, it’s been turning severe the last few days across all my characters, old or new. They are ABSOLUTELY incapable of switching POVs or using side characters unless you add the them in the description for the bot to follow.
Example: i have a bot where i started a family with kids and a pet, and it’s far from the og storyline by now. I want to experience the progression of a full story, then play as the descendants, not just my own persona. But currently it’s a huge disappointment. I can’t even text any of them now because without side characters it gets fcking boring. I’m using all the memory options, i went out of my way to use OOC, but it’s impossible to improve it as a user.
This app is still the best option if someone prefers NSFW characters for free, I’m just writing this to urge the devs to fix this because i know it’s been a huge problem for multiple the users and not just me.
This response was seriously insane. It’s like the new excessive em dash. Is it just me who gets irked by it? 🥲 it literally bugs me and I abandon bots easily because of this. It’s like the bots get dumber with each update and it sucks because I’ve been using swerve over c.ai a lot! Is there a way to raise this to the devs or at least fix it in coding? :(

i feel like one gem every fifty chats is a bit ridiculous and strict really. if you got 1,000 chats, you only get 20 gems. i feel as though that’s unfair, and that we should be getting more. i mean, the bots are what are keeping the app going, and there’s not much point making them public if you get nothing from it. any thoughts?
apparently it’s also based on how many gems the people use on your bots. if you’re not even getting enough gems from it for a standard chat, this whole rewards system makes no sense and definitely needs a rethink. i hope they consider it, because it’s so hard to get any gems out of bots, especially with how the app isn’t THAT popular so it’s hard to actually get enough chats for even, what, 10 gems? you get nothing out of it.
