I've been a customer even before syncler and purchasing S+ has become difficult.
My S+ expired, I tried every single reseller and no one accepts cc, PayPal, Amazon payments, etc. I'm in the United States. Don't have crypto.
Very frustrating.
I have fallen all job learn how to download the Syncler app and it will no install everything. I have already entered my key and I have already set up all of my Debrid but nothing loads. Also, where do I get the updated packages? Can someone please assist me? I’m about ready to pull my hair out.
I’m very minimalist when I setup anything. Syncler, KODI, tivimate. You name it I’ve set it up, I can’t stand clutter and I hate that when I have my auto playback setup it opens that ugly out of place gray text box giving stream details. How do I get rid of it?? I have everything setup exactly the way I like it besides that text box popup.
Anybody else having issues getting Sinclair to work? It's been this way all day.
Why is it so very hard and frustrating to try to renew S+ using Paypal when no one is offering Paypal as an option? Very much like Syncler+ but it should not be so hard to renew. Help please!
I've been a subscriber since before it even had its current name but recently I've had so many issues with the app and finally got them figured out but now I'm expired and I cannot figure out how to get a key, it's been hard here and there one or two years that I had to renew but I cannot get a key everyone says that it's either unavailable or the payment processors down and I'm like when is one coming back online, I want to watch my shows?
I really don't want to look for a new one not just because I don't deal with change well but because I want to support the app because it's really come a long way but at this point I'm just unsure of what to do..
Any advice on trustworthy payment processors? The only ones that are supposedly working are ones that I will not put my credit card details or anything else into and I don't do crypto unfortunately...
Currently trying to watch mortal Kombat 2 on my 4k tcl Roku TV. My dad is also trying this on his 720p TV. This has happened on multiple different shows and movies before. Whenever a source is selected the video is just black. Only exception to this and when backing out the delay in the app shows a frame or two of the video or just waiting like 5 minutes for it to come on for only a few seconds. It's not seeming to be certain sources or shows either so I'm honestly confused here. Anyone have this happen to them?

Every now and then while watching a show or movie, I get these blurry vertical lines/glitch artifacts across the bottom of the screen. It almost looks like the bottom part of the image is stretched into a bunch of colored lines. The rest of the video plays normally. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing.
I'm trying to watch one of my favorite episodes (Canada on Strike S12 E4) and it said "Sorry, his doesn't exist anymore" or something like that. I reset the app and cleared the Cache since I use Debrid and now it just says 0/0 episodes for seasons 13,13,15, and 18.
Anyone know how to fix this?
I managed to get a key for Syncler+ last night, but the key doesn't work. I don't have my old key. What should I do?
Is the only way to properly have episodes tracked to subscribe to the VIP of trakt? Mine done seem to work anymore and I have to manually do it
The app will not update. I'm getting "Download failed". Numerous retries do not work. I have S+. Is it me? What should I do?

It is a community driven project and api access is completely free. There's currently over 60,000 episodes recorded in the database, which is frankly more than there are in popular tv, and its only growing. This has been a requested feature for the longest time but there's no book keeping on intro skipping so it hasn't but possible until now.
On top of recording intros, they also do things like credits, recaps, etc. Its really similar to sponsorblock if you familiar with that. It has movies too.
I've been with Syncler since before when it went under another name (Z). I'm trying to renew but none of the options allow PayPal or CC, I've logged in to the resellers but the CC and PayPal options are no longer there, it says unavailable. My bank doesn't allow international banking transfers. As far as crypto, I know absolutely nothing about it, how to do it, or whether or not it's safe but my bank says they don't do crypto either.
I'm not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
ETA on Buypremiumkey, I'm logged in, have filled out the billing info, click CC, click confirm order, then it gives me an error message that the payment method is unavailable, please try another payment method.
I just want everybody to know that even though I could not get Sinclair plus with my name and debit info or even PayPal I decided to go a different route. I used my husband's name email and debit card info and it went right through.
I have active S+ account, as well as Premiumize and RD.
All are valid and worked perfectly until sometime Sunday.
Tried force updating provider packages. App reports updated as “done”; but status is reported as “unknown.”
Anyone else having this issue?
