Returns

Does anyone know if I can return an item to TK maxx (uk) without a receipt? Happy with store credit as I love TK maxx and regularly spend far too much money in there! Just lost my receipt this time which is so annoying.

My TKMaxx manager wants me to resign?

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit confused about my situation and would appreciate some advice.

I have a fixed-term employment contract that ends on July 15, 2026. My employer wants to extend my contract, but I don't want to because I've got a better job starting in a few months.

The confusing part is that HR told me I need to submit a resignation letter. I don't understand why, because I thought a fixed-term contract automatically ends on the agreed date if I simply don't sign the extension.

Is there any reason why HR would ask me to resign instead of just letting the contract expire? Do I actually have to submit a resignation, or can I simply decline the extension and let the contract end on its own?

Has anyone experienced something similar? Btw everything is happening in Germany Thanks!
