1990s experience
Time - ~9pm Oct 1990s (we were on our way back from Disney Halloween themed event)
Location - Florida US
AI created image as it was the 90s no camera phones.
We were driving back to our accommodation a few cars on the road, not a lot of light and small amount of cloud. It suddenly got quiet, couldn’t hear the car quiet. Then tip came into view. It wasn’t just black it was void of anything. A black triangle. Moving faster than us but silently. It then just seemed to dissolve away, and the stars were back. Whilst we were looking at it we didn’t talk just watched, then we stopped looking and just matter of factly accepted it and continued on with our conversations.
A few days later we spoke again about it and only then got weirded out. All we could really remember was triangle, black or rather nothingness, and the silence.

Cost of secrecy
Our of respect to the MOD please follow his cues please. I'm Chris and born in the 1970s
TLDR the disclosure two step is to reduce our costs to stay in control/competition. It's all been public available if you work at it for 20 years however the cost of secrecy etc based on protocols from the 1960s is unsustainable.
As a kid growing up in Southern California I got to read binders of material on the ARVs and TR3B proofs of concept. Crazy to tell you guys but most of my friends' family had a connection to aerospace -- from alcoholic engineers to blue collar machine shop workers. Hard to understand today because Socal in the 1980s was a nexus to advanced technology with the prime defense contractors as unstoppable.
Also got to read a lot of investor prospectus / sales pitches left in kitchen tables. I asked and they leveled with me, helping me learn to program and exchanging games on floppy discs.
In the 1990s I studied mechanical engineering at the University of California. A lot of TAs and research assistants of that era were also helping our generation to understand and learn the physics and calculus to build POCs and Schwa a books that are unavailable or censored were available to read in the library.
Our takeaway was that the budgets for dark projects were mostly devoted to keeping it all secret and compartmentalized to the point it was obnoxious to most of our Profs they just started answering our questions in office hours as a group or in the lab meetings..
But yes our MIL is so advanced that our politicians are in a frenzy to become the nexus of that big dough.
I'm in my 50s and semi public on LinkedIn.
Consider doing the reading at library instead of being rude and annoying on searchable platforms like social media.
It's gonna help the next generations to go to primary sources and work as groups in real life.

Video, supposedly on the Internet in the late 2000s, of what appears to be a craft hovering and maneuvering over a ship
This was posted on Reddit a couple of weeks ago and then got deleted. Some comments on the last post said that they had seen higher-quality versions when it was circulating online in years past. A lot of comments said it was fake. If real, the video appears to have been shot surreptitiously through a dusty window (edit: or a wiremesh screen?). The craft appears to be doing something (maybe loading or unloading things?).
Edit: Now it actually looks like a dock, not a ship.
Has anyone seen this video or know what the context supposedly is?
